They have since gotten back to me and addressed my issue and for that I am happy with their customer service moving forward. The past is in the past. Let’s leave it there.

No customer service. I sent many many emails and not a single response. I am actually pretty pissed. Predictions are decent. Service SUCKS because there is none. No phone number. Pretty sad. How they claim so many use their amazing service with no customer support sounds like BS to me.

This guys are very helpful with their support.
They gave me an API PACKAGE for the price of a regular package due to a mistake i made at time of ordering my subscriptions, and their support answersed my emails real quick.
So far my experience is excellent with them.

And the signals/predictions look fine to me although i need to test them for some more time to have a conclusive feedback.

But overall: i'm very happy with their customer support mainly.

The abundance of tickers under my packages is top notch as well as the quality of the forecasting system interface too, everything very professional.

I'm a PAID subscriber (Not a demo / free predictions tester) so i have authority to say/speak.

Non discuto sulla bontà delle previsioni che bisogna utilizzare, come qualunque altro strumento, come supporto alle proprie analisi. Il problema è che manca una minimo di verifica periodica del numero di ticker analizzati onde verificare se essi sono ancora quotati o meno. Ad esempio, sul mercato canadese ci sono molti ticker che io stesso segnalo essere come associati a ticker non più quotati. Posso dire la stessa cosa sui ticker nel mercato Nasdaq. La cosa sarebbe poco grave se rispondessero con immediatezza alle segnalazione invece purtroppo il Servizio assistenza non è affatto immediato quando rispondono... Riscontro inoltre che per certi ticker le previsioni davano risultati 'irrealistici ' ad esempio con previsioni di decrescita che superavano il -100%, il che non può essere...anche in questo caso ho segnalato ma nessuna risposta ....
Detto questo, sto analizzando il nuovo indice messo a disposizione per i titoli sui mercati NYSE e NASDAQ ( mi riferisco all'indice che misura il sentimento di mercato con valore tra -1 e 1) e devo dire che il suo utilizzo ,per la mia strategia, mi sa dando molte soddisfazioni.. Quindi aumento di una stella la recensione perchè grazie all'utilizzo di questo indice sto raggiungendo tassi di successo , sui titoli monitorati, superiori al 75%. Rimane la critica sul servizio assistenza

false perfomances. they are wrong most of the time, and I picked only the ones with highest predictability.

Terrible site you cannot sort by price. The predictions are wrong 80% of the time. No customer service of any kind. Missing a lot of the TSX stocks. The Canadian bank predictions are not even close.

I've been utilizing their algo enabled predictions for my swing trades on NASDAQ and NYSE stocks. Their top stock picks worked fine for me in the last four months. Would be happy if they had an API support, other than that, just use stops like you should with any other strategy.

Before buying the subscription, I decided to follow some of their free signals and been doing from past 2 months such as Macy's , XOM, Boeing and they haven't been right even for 1 time in 2 months. Lost a ton on XOM and Macys.

This is a scam website, stay away. False promises and performance.
