Ordered portable kettle bbq August 24, still waiting for it! Refund requested, not received either. Emails bounce back now. Avoid buying ever.

Had to give one star to write this, this company is terrible I've been trying to get a refund for an unhooking mat that never arrived, it was ordered August last year. I asked for a refund in September which they said they would process but I've had no refund. Avoid at all costs.

Same company as FISKOR.co.uk - please take 2 seconds to review both companies to help others. SCAM COMPANY- will take your money and you will get nothing!

Ordered a bed chair in July and after weeks of chasing (and being promised it was on its way) I asked for a refund. The company said they’d done it etc but it never arrived. Had to go through my bank to get the money back.

ITS A SCAM, £500 BIVVY NEVER ARRIVED! CALLED AND EMAILED THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO REPLY, GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH THE BANK.

Ordered and paid for a Weber smokey joe bbq in Sept. Got an email saying it would be delivered within the week. Nothing arrived. I contacted the company and got another email saying there was a delay which was down to the supplier, so alarm bells started ringing. A month later still nothing so I contacted my bank who reimbursed me. Googled the company address and turns out its an office block and not an outdoor shop so I've no idea what the man fishing logo is all about.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! How dare you ask for a rating when we still have not received our fishing chair from you. TOTAL SCAMMERS!

This company just had the audacity to ask for a performance review after i had to claim my money back through my bank for an undelivered item 🤣🤣🤣

Ordered a chair for £130 and kept emailing to ask where item was, never recieved any reply had to have refund from bank as it was investigated.

RIPPED ME OFF I bought a matrix 9ft rod on offer for £28. That was months ago, i've tried phoning and emailed them a few times but no answer so avoid at all cost its a scam

You haven’t posted my item and I’ve been in touch with the financial ombudsman and I’m about to escalate it further

Disgusting ordered a chair nether recieved it tried to contact to no avail It’s a ghost. Anybody thinking of ordering from them don’t it’s a scam

Scam company, they took my money for a Weber bbq & it never arrived.

Stay well away from these scammers didn't receive my order so got my bank to reimburse me and bank got it back from them they don't have any stock its a scam website

They are thieves. Stay clear. Had to get my money back through my bank. Reported them to the police.

Paid for my product £290 and I have never received it. Never use this company it's a scam
