Initial filter was the wrong size purely due to the air handler manufacturer's documentation not including the exact size required. The customer support representative was so helpful and shipped a new set of filters immediately without waiting for me to returning the one that was the wrong size.

I ordered 3 refrigerator water filters. All arrived with white foriegn matter inside the inlet of all
I wasted over an hour trying to talk to some one, but with their use of recordings, mumbering systems they leave you hanging. I've worked engineering for many years changed out countless filters. These are the worst I've seen of "new" filters.

I ordered the wrong filter for my fridge. Once the product came I have written 4 emails since Aug. to contact the returns department on how to return my items. Now, months later I still have the wrong filters and no reply to any of my emails. I'm a busy mom of 6 who doesn't have extra time to waste on writing emails....I'm very disappointed.
