I have ordered a jacket 2weeks ago and paid for faster shipping and it’s still not here. Brandonvalentine

It's been a month and still haven't had my 1 item sent to me! Still no jersey yet but they Do have great customer service and have offered me a partial refund and still sending me my Jersey for the delay which I appreciate

I emailed the company about doing a bulk order for our indoor soccer team. They responded quickly with answers to my questions. Very fair pricing and the sizes run pretty true to their size chart. Great quality and comfortable.

This company replies really fast which is awesome! The quality of baseball jerseys is great and they have lots of cool designs to choose from!

I never received my stuff and I didn't get my money back.

The jersey was perfect they did my design immaculate

Designing process support and service was smooth and straight forward. The jerseys look great and were very affordable!

Arrived sooner than I expected. Looks great - just like the pictures

I have several wonderful customized baseball jersey that FIITG has made for me. Great quality and great look. Exactly what I wanted. To be fair, don't expect to have your items overnight. They are made in China and take a bit to construct and ship (think 3 to 4 weeks from time of order until receipt). However, the product you receive is well worth the wait.

Excellent service from my sales rep, Helen. Order was handled timely and professionally. And the merchandise is top notch!

OMG ~ I have been wanting a customized hockey jersey FOREVER! When I saw the FIITG ad I just went for it. I bought a hockey jersey AND a baseball jersey with my school name and Principal/number on the back. The delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I didn’t need them for any specific date. So, give yourself at least a two month window if you plan to order. My students and I LOVE the jerseys and I WILL be ordering again now that they have an option to put a customized logo/mascot on front. Yay!!!

I loved working with Fiitg! They had great customer service and the jerseys we received were in great condition. I love how everything was customized and the fit of jerseys were great.

We used Fiitg.com for our corporate sales team jersey's. Everyone on our team LOVED THEM!! This company was super easy to work with and very communicative. We needed very specific colors as well as our team logo and needed them ready by a specific timeframe. Fiitg.com made that happen! I would highly recommend them for your next project. The quality of the stitching and jersey material was top notch. Thank You Fiitg.com!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of this jersey was amazing and looks great 👍

My order was never received at the U.S.P.S. Ordered on 11/14. I was given a tracking number for a pre shipment label created on 11/24. I ordered a blank varsity jacket so I didn’t understand why the shipping time was the same as a custom order. I emailed on 12/4 inquiring about my order. It had not moved since 11/28. Helen said she would look into it. I had a client I needed the jacket for in a specific time period. It would be another week of stalling. Helen said she was waiting to hear from the express shipping company and I wanted a refund. My refund was based on what they said which is nuts since I never got the item. That issue is now between the seller and shipper. I would never order from here again and as a small business, I was looking for a vendor for my custom varsity jackets. I lost money and a client.

The shirt is just as they described. The delivery was a little long but not too bad.

The one jersey came out the way I expected but the other did not

First time buyer and I absolutely love it ! Very satisfied with my order and it's beyond my expectation, great job guys ! Will order more !
