Same as other reviewers, will continue to be billed with no option inside the application to cancel. Support is an AI which says it's been cancelled but obviously never cancels.

Call your bank to block charges! They will keep billing you!

I trialed figmentor on 2 different emails and decided NOT to proceed after the first month. They will not allow you to cancel your subscription on your own and they force you to create a ticket with their team.

For both accounts, the support reps replied, "Your account will not be charged, and no further action is required unless you decide otherwise.", closed the ticket and they still proceed to bill me each month. What's even more absurd is that on one of the accounts. I have written into their support team 4 times telling them to stop and they simply close the ticket because I don't reply within a 6 hour window - yet there is no email notification saying they replied. I would have had to have my figmentor account open checking through the days.....

This is absolutely a scam and a fraud.

And on top of this, the actual service they're selling does not work well.

Stay far away from Figmentor!

Find Something Else: 0% Functionality, Fake "Lifetime" License, and Non-Existent Support.

Figmentor is a completely broken product masquerading as a premium design tool; and the team operates in complete bad faith.

I purchased the 'Starter Lifetime License' for this software. The core advertised feature—Figma exports—has a literal 0% success rate. It has never worked a single time.

To make matters worse, the developer has effectively abandoned the infrastructure while still taking people's money. The member dashboard is frequently offline or broken. The support is AI just running on loops.

When you attempt to use the software you already paid for, it restricts your access and prompts you to 'Upgrade,' completely ignoring the Lifetime License tied to the account. You are paying for a defective product.

Customer support is non-existent by design. After realizing the product was fundamentally defective, I opened three detailed support tickets providing screenshare evidence of the failures. All tickets are auto-closed all of my tickets without a single resolution or reply, and ignored multiple formal refund requests.

They deliberately use their payment processor (Paddle.com) to stall buyers past a '30-day policy' so they can pocket the money for a service they know they aren't delivering.

If you have already fallen for this, do not wait on their support. Immediately file a 'Services Not Rendered' or 'Defective Merchandise' chargeback with your bank, or file a complaint against Paddle via the UK Financial Ombudsman Service.

Avoid Figmentor and Otha +Co at all costs.

Nice and great service

Been using Figmentor for a while. It’s not flawless, but it helps cut down a lot of repetitive work. The recent support experience was good as well quick replies and helpful fixes.

DO NOT SIGN UP

I really wish I'd checked these reviews before I signed up. The tool does not work how they promise, they have zero human customer support and will continue to charge your card despite dozens of requests to cancel. Do not hand over your card details.

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful. The actual tool is poor, does not work properly, and when you ask to cancel, they don’t and continue to charge. I opened four tickets, over four months, asking to cancel. Every time they said they’d done it, they hadn’t. Avoid at all costs. Complete scam. The product does not work.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER

Since my subscription in early January, I have never received a single response from a human. Only automated AI replies, fake escalations, and tickets repeatedly closed without any resolution.

My account has had zero credits for over a month, which makes the plugin completely unusable. I paid for a Lifetime plan and cannot use the service at all.

To make matters worse, I was charged twice when I subscribed — over €200 in total — for a tool I have never been able to use.

So to summarize: no human support, no credits, no working product, and double billing.

I have never seen service handled this badly in my life !! AVOID !!!!!

Support service is a joke.

The support service of this software is beyond bad. Cancelling your subscription or requesting a refund is being made very difficult.

update: it took me about 8 support tickets and loads and loads of pressure including contacting the ceo of the agency that Orthmane, the owner of this company, processed the cancellation and issued the refund. still to see if the money makes it back into my account. but i do seem to have received emails regarding refund being processed and subscription being cancelled. My advise would still be to stay away from this tool.

Charged after cancellation, no support response. Scammers

I canceled my subscription multiple times, but they continued charging my account anyway. This is unacceptable.

I also opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the charges. I received no reply, and they closed the ticket without resolving the issue. No explanation, no help, nothing.

I did not use their service during this period. There is no justification for billing me after cancellation.

This experience shows poor customer support and lack of proper subscription control. I do not recommend this service.

Billing Scam

AVOID! As suggested by other reviews they will not cancel your subscription. You have to submit tickets which just get ignored.

I have had to cancel directly with my bank.

Tool is barely functional and always promising new features "Soon".

The worst experience I have ever had from a saas.

HUGE SCAM - DO NOT BUY

Huge scam, do not buy!

I subscribed to use the took

First the tool didn’t work
Then they refused to cancel my subscription, since you can’t cancel by yourself which is a huge problem by itself

It’s been 4 month, they keep taking their subscriptions and customer service keeps pushing the issue and lying

Don’t fall for their trap

AVOID! Sign up for a trial? Good luck cancelling.

First up, the software - is it actually any good?

In my opinion, no. If you want to convert your design from Figma easily, then it has to be built inline with certain standards/templates. This is OK if you are building in advance, but for an existing design, it isn't feasible.

I signed up to a trial, figured this out and immediate requested to cancel. You can't do this automatically, you MUST raise a ticket.

The ticket largely goes unanswered with requests of a survey and then automatically closes should you not respond.

The payment then came out of the bank, no refund was issued despite being requested.

I raised a second ticket, but decided to block the transaction at my bank given past performance, just incase.

Low and behold, they attempted to take payment again! I have raised a third ticket and can honestly say even if this product was the best in the world, I wouldn't use them again, as their tactics are underhanded money grabs.

Issue is still unresolved and is reliant upon the bank blocking transactions.

AVOID.
