I had a very positive experience completing our Cyber Essentials certification with the Fig Group.

The whole process was efficient and straightforward. Once I had completed and submitted the assessment questionnaire, they responded the following day with a small number of areas where they needed some additional information. I provided the additional detail, and by the following day everything had been reviewed and approved, with our Cyber Essentials certificate issued.

Although I have a reasonable level of technical knowledge, there were a couple of areas where I needed some additional clarification due to my own lack of familiarity with what was being asked. The Fig Group were very helpful in providing clear guidance and explaining exactly what information was required, which made the process much easier.

An additional bonus was that they were also the most competitively priced provider I found, so the combination of good value, quick turnaround and helpful support made the overall experience even better.

I am a sole trader working as an HMCTS provider, cyber essentials is a key requirement. I found the Fig Group process, less expensive, fast, efficient, user friendly and less anxiety provoking than using the IASME’s own site (which I had used last year). I submitted my completed questionnaire one day, got constructive feedback the same day, updated and resubmitted later that day, at no extra cost.
