We understand that you have compared us to some well-known brands in the industry, which we find flattering. However, it's important to note that while these brands have made significant contributions to the fashion industry, they operate on a much larger scale and different business models compared to us.

FIERCEPULSE is a small family-owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a more personal touch to our service. Each one of our products is printed on demand and handmade, each print is hand-drawn by our in-hose designers, features that we believe sets us apart in the market. We deeply care about our customers and strive to provide top-tier service to each one.

While we respect these big brands, we also appreciate that each brand, including ours, offers different aspects of value and style. White we are still waiting for you to verify your identity and order details here, based on the first name we were able to match one recent order, and we assume you have ordered the BLACK & GOLD YOGA LEGGINGS - which btw is one of our best sellers, great choice!

We also saw (assume that's you) that you have reached out to our customer service, we are glad you love the fit - please note we respond within 24 hours or less, and someone will respond today. I have escalated your case to make sure it gets prioritized.

I also noticed the screenshot you have taken is from the "Leggings" product page, but you have actually ordered the "Yoga Leggings" from the same print. Please note the stitching on these two different garment is different.

One thing is for sure the stitching on both is BLACK, but different.

The stitching should have been BLACK 100% agree - it's very likely an honest mistake from our end which we are more than happy to fix it by sending you a FREE replacement.

As stated in our return policy you do not need to return the item you've received if it's damaged and/or not as described on the product page. This could have simply been resolved by now by submitting a return inquire for a "damaged' item because it's 100% covered by our policy.
