I was very happy to see fieldsheer had the pro series again 😁. Tried to get an extra pair last year after trying my first pair and absolutely loved them. Your site indicates free shipping on orders over $99.99 - but then you provide an automatic 20% discount for spending a certain amount, which in my case caused the order total to be less than $99.99 - and so you charged me for shipping. In the spirit of in-line shopping, it’s pretty crappy that you do this to people. This is definitely akin to bait and switch. I own many of your products and you are causing me to think about any future relationship. But, at the end of the day, I am but one customer out of thousands that you have and losing me causes you no pain.

Checkout was easy and the additional 25 percent off was great! The website was a little glitchy but was OK. These garments will be a nice addition to the many other fieldsheer garments we own. Looking forward to their arrival.

My shopping experience with fieldsheer is always seamless. I have bought a few winter and summer items including extra batteries. Fieldsheer customer service has helped me in the past with a problem with a vest that the battery pocket was too small to fit the battery and customer service sent me a smaller battery that fit in the garment, worked fine.

The heated hand muff i bought is excellent; the purchasing experience was outstanding. I appreciated the sale price and wish to make two suggestions to improve the usability of the muff:
1. The strap buckles slip loose easily so when attempting to insert your hands, the muff slips down. This is annoying but i think i could use something on the strap to prevent slip. I recommend a little velcro patch or something on each end of the strap to arrest inadvertent loosening
2. The hand inserts are snug—too snug for my 5XL hand. I recommend an adjustable opening so users can custom fit the muffler opening to accommodate large and perhaps gloved hands.

Customer service is freaking awesome. WILL recommend and WILL buy again and again.

Customer service figured out the problem first phone call and immediately replaced the defective battery. The jacket is exactly what i needed and looks good. It heats up quickly and can be adjusted accordingly. New battery is excellent.

It stacks up well against other evaporative cooling shirts. Just a heads-up though, they're insistent on your review.
