Fido & Frame Arvostelua 

I ordered a print and was then offered a pillow as an add-on. The print was lovely and delivered on time. However they never made/sent the pillow. I contacted them several times. First they thought it was delayed or lost. And then finally admitted it had never been made. They refused to give me a refund for the pillow despite repeated requests and me waiting weeks. I think most customer service is done by AI. I finally had to go to my credit card to get a chargeback because they wouldn’t refund me for something I never received. I only wanted the pillow refunded, not the complete order.

It was a simple process capturing memories from my photo. It shipped quickly. I would highly recommend them.

The picture is awesome! However turn around is not 4-7 business days so if you are ordering this as a gift just know it takes a while. I ordered on June 22 and it got to my sister on July 11. Also, I added on a pillow that didn’t deliver with the picture, and no additional information on when it will ship. The company is responsive to emails though

Very poor canvas wrapping. Looks like they just threw it together. Expected more especially for what i paid. They are replacing them.

I uploaded a photo of my majestic Great Pyrenees and skeptically waited to see the preview. To my amazement the preview captured every aspect of his personality that I had been sure would be missing. I immediately ordered a canvas to hang on my wall with a black background surrounding his white head and chest. When my finished product arrived, in four days, I fell in love again. I can’t wait to upload photos of my other pets. I would recommend Fido & Frames to anyone who wants a quality and heartfelt image of his or her pet.

The uncanny ability to capture our beloved dog's essence was the thing that impressed me the most. I think he's going to step off the canvas every time I look at it. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

Even though I was very familiar with the images I had rendered as watercolors, I was not prepared to see them on canvas. They are breathtaking. Thanks!
