I can’t speak for everyone else but anytime I’ve contacted Juan at customer service the guy has made all my problems go away in minutes. Cheers to more business with Fidelcrest.

I would like to thank Fidelcrest team specially Arthur. I had a problem on BTC payment of my account and I did paid 20$ less than exact emount and Arthur simply activate my account.

Fidelcrest gave me my plus 1 account despite i forgot to put the promo code

Im new to this industry, so i need more help when it comes to the process. I bought an account with Fidelcrest because they had a 2plus1 promo, but i forgot to place the PROMO code when i checked out! So i contacted the support, her name is Audrey and she is very accomodating, she forwarded my concern to the management and Thankfully theyre giving me my plus 1 account! shout out to this company and to there support team, they are superb.

Ich habe Fidelcrest kennengelernt und kann ehrlich sagen, dass die Gebühren sowie die Spreads sehr gut sind, was mir noch gefallen hat, ist der Support sehr schnell und kompetent, Juan der Support6-Mitarbeiter ist ein Engel Fazit sehr empfehlenswert.

limited payout options!

Not happy that at present, the only payout method available is USDT! ...... yet on their information they list 4 options to withdraw your profits:
Bank transfer; PayPal;PaySafe (Skrill, Neteller…); Bitcoins - BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE!

The worst prop firm

The worst prop firm, all the rules are focused in that u loose the challenge, read all the reules carefully (DDdiary, max DD,days of trading, etc), because trading is hard but trading in fidelcrest is harder.

Competitive prices, excellent support

They are a very great team. They offer challenge accounts with reasonable and competitive prices.

The customer service is excellent and support agents are very respectful, especially I am thoroughly satisfied with the services that Juan provides.

Such a quick responce from Sarah as passing my challenge took a little longer than expected within 2 mins of messaging i had a new account all set up ready to start again!! really cant fault this company at the moment.
