I am one week and one day post extended tummy tuck. My experience at Fo Clinica and with Mr Kaikaris and all of the staff has been nothing short of amazing.
I am honestly overwhelmed by the level of care I have received. The clinic is as clean as a pin. The staff are so professional and friendly. I loved it.
Mr Kaikaris is the most wonderful surgeon and person. He is wise and an expert! I felt totally at ease in his hands. He has worked a miracle on my tummy!! It is beyond my expectations and I’m only one week out! It seemed he was as happy as me with the results! 💗💗
I stayed in Lithuania for a week and the day before I was due to fly back to the UK, I was seen by Mr Kaikaris and the loveliest nurse for a shower and tape/ dressing change. I was given everything I needed for my ongoing dressing changes. Shown how to do everything myself (easy) and I know I can contact the clinic at any time via message if I have problems. I have arranged a follow up in London.
If you are thinking about doing the same thing as me I can recommend Fi Clinica 100%.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of and supported throughout the whole process. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive. My surgeon Justinas Grašys was absolutely wonderful — highly professional and caring. I truly felt that I was in safe hands. Also, my night stay in clinic was really comfortable: nice food menu, Netflix and any care I needed.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a procedure :)

It’s taken me a while to write this because I couldn’t really think of the words to express how grateful I am to Fi Clinica and Dr Kaikaris. I’m now 4 weeks post surgery for a breast reduction and tummy tuck and the results are perfect. I didn’t really have any expectations, I just knew things had to change and I trusted Dr Kaikaris to make it happen. I have waited 20 years for a breast reduction and 11 years after my second child I knew I was ready.
The care and kindness from the whole team including Karina on emails at booking all the way through to everyone at Fi Clinica was exceptional. Everyone you come across just wants to help you, I felt so looked after by the whole team and made to feel special. Thank you to all the nurses on the ward who looked after me and checked on me many times, especially the lady who got me up the night after surgery and asked if I was about to go dancing. On one occasion Dr Kaikaris saw me getting out of a taxi for my post surgery appointment and he linked me to walk across the carpark because it was snowy….I mean do I need to say anymore!

Very grateful for my experience i had with Fi Clinica at the end of February 2026, the place where one of my dream came true. The clinic itself provides a wonderful service, the whole team treated me amazing and generally the conditions of the clinic are at a very high level. A special gratitude for my Doctor Mr Vygintas Kaikaris who is an extremely gifted surgeon i have picked very carefully and i’ve couldn’t done a better choice. I truly enjoyed my journey, recovery goes absolutely smooth and in case i need an advice, Fi Clinica together with my surgeon are there for me always. For the ones that dreams of a change, my little advice, just go for it❤️Life should be lived in the best version of yourself, leave all the worries in the gifted hands of an amazing professional. Dr.Inga Guogiene is extremely professional and caring. She has a great eye for detail and truly understands how to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results. From the first consultation, I felt I was in very safe hands. She is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a warm and attentive person. I highly recommend her!

Raminta was very approachable and put me at ease. The hospital was very clean and the reception staff friendly. So far healing is going well.

I’m currently 12 days post op although everything is still quite early on post-op and I’m still healing I’m already so pleased with my results. As a younger person, I was quite nervous going through with my surgery as I felt I would be judged and hadn’t heard from other people my age going through with having surgery done at Fí. I can say without a doubt I would do it again. From initially booking it to paying my deposit and emailing back and forth with all of my questions through to flying over to Lithuania from the uk and having my surgery done it had been faultless. Monika has been and continues to be so helpful via email and in person when at the clinic. The aftercare I have received from her and nurses and my surgeon - Dr. Kaikaris has been amazing. I felt so at ease when in the clinic and nurses put my nerves to rest and answered any questions I had and was at my bedside as soon as I needed them. Every nurse I interacted with was so attentive towards me. My surgeon Dr. Kaikaris was truly a godsend. He never once made me feel judged during my pre-op or after my surgery which I was so afraid of after having previous bad experiences with consultations in England. I cannot recommend him enough! He answered all my questions throughly and was constantly checking on me during the consultation to make sure I was okay with his decisions and his surgery plans. I cannot thank the team at Fí enough. They made something so nerve - wracking and life changing such a breeze to go through.

I am very pleased with the result. The surgeon, Virgintas Kaikaris, is a very nice person and a professional in his field. The care I received at the clinic was excellent. All the people are pleasant and will always help you if you need anything. I recommend it to anyone who wants to

Priežiūra po operacijos. Nuostabi patirtis. Kolektyvas visas jaunas, malonus, rūpestingas. Patarimai, pagalba ir išklausimas, šilima kaip namuose. Jaučiausi kaip all included viežbutyje iš kurio grįžau pagražinta. Maistas 10/10. Didelės porcijos 😁 ir labai skanu! Dabar suprantu kodėl žmonės sako, kad tai geriausia klinika.
Gydytojui atskiras mano gražiausias atsiliepimas! geriau negalėjau pasirinkti! Nekalbėsiu apie jo profesionalumą ir juvelyrinės siūles. Pasakysiu kas svarbiausia. I did a lot of research over the course of a year. As soon as I contacted Fi Clinica, I just knew I wouldn't get better results anywhere else. I flew to Kaunas in December and met with my assigned surgeon that is the contouring goddess, Dr Raminta. We agreed on an ETT with waist lipo for the results I wanted to achieve. This woman from the very first encounter, made me feel so excited about my journey. My whole experience from the day I arrived, until the day I flew home, was fantastic. The care I recieved from the whole team was even beyond my expectations. I have stayed in contact with Dr Raminta and regularly send her updates of my recovery. She advises my next steps and answers any questions I may have. That added extra after having surgery in another country is so reassuring x

I travelled to Lithuania alone while my husband stayed in the UK to care for our children, as I was undergoing surgery the following day. I was understandably apprehensive, having never been before, but from the moment I arrived at Fi Clinica I could see how spotlessly clean, professional, and well-organised everything was.

The entire medical team was punctual and reassuring throughout. My surgeon, Raminta, took the time to discuss my wishes in detail before surgery, explained all important medical information clearly, and carefully reviewed everything with me before taking photos. My blood tests were completed efficiently, and I was taken into surgery exactly as scheduled at 10:30am.

I can honestly say the pain has been minimal. After a comfortable overnight stay, I was discharged the following morning at 10am. I then stayed for a further three nights at a nearby hotel, which gave me plenty of time to rest. Staying at the Radisson also made it easy to return to Raminta for a final check-up and dressing change before my flight home.

Raminta provides exceptional aftercare — she is attentive, highly skilled, and genuinely caring. Being able to contact her directly via Instagram with questions or photos was incredibly reassuring. She has done a truly skilled and beautiful job with my breast implant removal, uplift, and new implants. The results are exactly what I asked for: small, natural, and perky.

While travelling to Lithuania for surgery may feel daunting, the standard of care I received surpassed my experiences in the UK. The staff are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fi Clinica and Raminta to my friends and anyone considering treatment abroad.

I had an excellent experience at Fi Clinic. My doctor, Dr. Raminta, did a perfect job — she is extremely professional and also very kind and caring. The overall care at the clinic was outstanding from start to finish.

The lymphatic massage was also very professional and helpful during my recovery. All the nurses and reception staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel comfortable at all times. I truly felt looked after and supported.

I traveled to Fi Clinica from the UK for a MMO with Dr Raminta. I was very nervous but there was no need to be. All the nurses/reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Dr Raminta has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish and her attention to detail and care has been second to none. Ramintas aftercare while still in Kaunas and since returning home has been excellent and promptly replies to any concerns. I’m so glad I chose Fi but most of all Dr Raminta. It took me a while to appreciate/get my head around my new body but now I’ll forever be grateful to Raminta for changing my life and giving me confidence back!

My surgeon was Dr Kaikaris. From my consultation to my discharge he was fantastic with me. I was well informed, well looked after and he has done an incredible job of keeping my scar neat and as discreet as possible. I have had no issues with my healing (2 weeks yesterday was my surgery) and every time I contact the clinic they come back to me within hours or the same day. The clinic is very clean all the nurses are excellent the care is so much better than the same private care in the UK.

My experience at Fí Clinica was wonderful. I would have no hesitation fully recommending him and he would be my first choice if I decide to return. Dr Justinas Grašys was absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey. He made me feel calm, confident, and reassured at every stage of my treatment. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I always felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Thanks to his professionalism and care, my breast enhancement surgery was far easier than I ever imagined.

All of the staff, including the nurses, were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. They were always attentive and supportive, which made the whole experience even more positive.

It's been 4 weeks since I had my eyebrow lift and breast implants surgery. Still in the process of healing/recovery, however, very happy for choosing this clinic and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr V. Kaikaris is great and did an amazing job. I already felt happier about the results after surgery, can't wait to see the final result once everything heals.
