As expected, the research was very well organised by FG Connect. I was given frequent calls and emails outlining the research criteria from the project manager.

The focus group discussion was interesting. I also enjoyed spending time with a wide spectrum of people and listening to their options. The payment incentive was organised and processed very quickly afterwards.
