I always enjoy traveling with your…
I always enjoy traveling with your company; I feel very safe on your ships and with your staff.
Last September, it was strange that we couldn’t book the trips from Lipsi to Kos—the booking was blocked, and only the more expensive Lipsi-Simi trip was available. Nobody here understood why.
But other than that, it’s always very good.

We understand how frustrating it is to arrive at the port and find that your sailing has been cancelled.
However, the cancellation itself, the timing of the announcement, and the information provided at the port are operational matters handled by the respective ferry company, not by Ferries.gr. We do not control whether a sailing operates, when the carrier announces a cancellation, or what alternative arrangements are offered locally at the port.
From our side, the refund process for your unused ticket has already been initiated and is being handled according to the ferry company’s applicable procedure.
For this reason, we do not believe that a 1-star rating fairly reflects the service actually provided by Ferries.gr. Your dissatisfaction concerns the ferry company’s operational handling of the cancellation rather than our booking service or customer support.
We therefore ask you to reconsider your rating and evaluate Ferries.gr based on the service actually provided by us.
