Broken tray and bent side panel onPlaneta Large delivery
I refer to my order of a Planeta Large, GJ Order 24000977. This was delivered today. I waited for it to arrive and eventually found that it had been left next to the front door. We were sat less than 10 feet away, and had never left the house, so wondered why the delivery driver didn't knock.
On opening the cardboard box to assemble the cage, I found that a corner of the cage tray was broken and that a long panel had been bent. The delivery box also had a tear on one side. It makes me think that the courier knew there may be damage and didn't want to hang about for me to inspect it.
As it stands, this is my 2nd Planeta Large. The first one took some building as I couldn't easily follow the instructions, however with that past experience I expect it won't be hard this next time.
At the time of my placing the order, I emailed Ferplast on their customer service address to ask if they could let me have another full section of cage so that I could heighten the cage to give even more space inside. I didn't receive a response which is really disappointing. I would still like another section, ie 2 sides and a front and back panel. Please, Ferplast, give an update on that.
I have emailed Ferplast again from the order confirmation about the damage and included an image of the broken tray.
