We had been let down by another company. I found Fenetic online and chose a reclining chair but first checking with their team that it was in stock. Following my online order they rang to say that it would be delivered the following week! All arrived correctly on the designated day. We are extremely happy with the quality of the chair which my husband finds very comfortable and useful. A great experience all round.

Ours sales adviser Carl quickly worked out what we needed in the way of a pavement scooter which could be easily dismantled and loaded into our car. This was a good balance between very light flimsy models and class 3 (roadgoing) ones.

Very good from going to showroom, ordering and delivering on time and day. Danny and Charlie set the chair up giving clear instructions on how to operate.
They were very helpful and are an asset to the company.

Mick and Charlie came out and took away our old chairs and swapped for new ones. Quick efficient and friendly, they are a credit to the company. Couldn’t recommend more for mobility needs.

Absolutely great service from this company. Made an appointment to view a ROLLz walker wheelchair that I had seen someone using on a cruise and told them I would like to try one out .
Was met by Carl and he demonstrated the walker to us there was no pressure at all in his technique.
I decided to buy one as I have c o p d and sometimes struggle with my breathing and yet I do try to walk as far as I can for my joint health . Then if needs be I can either sit down for a while or can convert this great Rollator into a wheelchair for hubby to push me .
I would definitely recommend the ROLLZ Rollator and using this great company for your needs . It was very competitively priced too . Bought it there and then in store .

I cannot thank the team at Fenetic Wellbeing enough, especially Carl and Leah. My husband has Progressive MS, and finding the right wheelchair for him has been an exhausting journey. I spent months searching online and even bought and returned two other electric wheelchairs because they weren't suitable for his height and needs.
After visiting many mobility stores, I finally found exactly what we needed here. Carl was incredibly patient and helpful, helping us find a wheelchair that fits my husband perfectly and is light enough for me to manage. The service was professional, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and high-quality mobility equipment.

Ordered my Drive Nitro Sprint rollator after much research. The Fenetic Wellbeing website had lots of helpful info and the price was very competitive. But it was in the after sales assistance that the company really stood out.
I had issues with the courier, Parcelforce, the usual ‘you were out when we tried to deliver’ nonsense when I’d been home the whole time. I contacted Fenetic not expecting much help, but they were fantastic! Jane in the customer services team got on the case, liaised with the courier and sorted out the delivery.
I was very impressed by this customer service from the company. Rather than leaving me to deal with the delivery issues myself, Jane provided understanding, reassuring and practical help. Everyone I dealt with at the company was helpful, responsive and friendly.
And my rollator is wonderful! It suits me perfectly as a shorter person as it has a wide range for the handle height. It’s such a help with being able to walk confidently outside. I would definitely use Fenetic Wellbeing again as I am very happy with both the product and the excellent customer service they provided.

My chair was delivered and assembled for free, I`m over the moon with it🙂

I ordered a Kelbrook Riser Recliner for my Mum which we unfortunately discovered had a small mechanical issue. I contacted Jane, from the Sales Team, late on a Friday afternoon to make her aware of the fault and she promptly took ownership of the issue and phoned me, on the following Monday morning, providing a solution in the form of a replacement chair. She initially spoke with Mum & was so kind & patient, reiterating the importance of us having confidence in their brand and product. She restored our faith, confirming she would organise collection of the ‘faulty’ chair & delivery of a new one. The communication from everyone, including the Delivery Team/Daniyal, was brilliant making the collection/delivery smooth & easy. I had purposely chosen to purchase the chair through Fenetic Wellbeing based on the Customer Reviews I had seen. I’m so pleased that I did as they have more than proven themselves in providing such excellent service. We are so grateful for all their help and understanding and really appreciate everything they’ve done for us. Mum feels safe & happy, the chair itself is fantastic so I would HIGHLY recommend using them & will definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a riser/recliner chair from Fenetic about 3 months ago & at the time of purchase they were great, to a point.
I bought a lovely chair to help with my arthritis. They helped me make sure I got my VAT exemption, arranged to deliver, install & dispose of my old chair & that was that. Job done.
What they didn't do was ask any questions about my health, my height & weight, or my needs.
3 months later I have realised that the chair is making my conditions worse. The biggest issue is that the chair doesn't fit me, it's too big.
I went back to customer services to see if they could help out in anyway. A replacement, a part exchange, a buy back, anything.
They were not interested. Couldn't care less that I am in pain & reaching out to them for help.
I would expect this sort of service from a furniture store or a cheap online provider, but not from a company that brags about being Which recommended & having people trained to provide help to people with disabilities.
I'd stay away if I was you.

The foldable wheel chair we purchased from Fenetic Wellbeing thro Amazon is a very good product, well made and as described by seller. We find it very easy to unfold and fold back up, easy to carry in the bag provided. Very happy and highly recommended.

Needed to purchase a power chair for myself and after a lot of research I found the Pride Jazzy Carbon Lite chair seemed to be perfect for my needs. I found it at my local store and almost purchased it but decided to do some online research. Fenetic Wellbeing were charging almost £1,000 less than my local company but were based the other side of the country to me. I was a bit nervous at first but I didn’t have to be. This company are brilliant. I rang them for more details which they found out for me. They rang me when I placed my online order to make sure somebody would be in the next day to receive it. The parcel company hadn’t given me a tracking number which concerned me a little bit, so I called them and they even tracked it down for me and called me back to let me know the number.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. They have been brilliant from start to finish. And I love my chair, thank you Fenetic Wellbeing
