Size issue
I already have a studded black crossbody bag from Fenella Smith which I love. The only problem is it's now too small for all my stuff (it's 20cm long). I saw the same bag on the FS website and the measurements suggested that it is 24 cm long, so 4 cm longer than my one so I ordered it. I was disappointed to find that it's exactly the same size as my current one. I now have 2 the same! While I love the bag, it hasn't solved my problem of the bag being too small for all my stuff. :( That's why I've given the bag 4/5 instead of 5/5.

Hiya, thank you so much for leaving a review. Please accept our apologies for the sizing confusion. The bag is 20cm wide but 24 cm wide when measured diagonally from corner to corner. So pleased to hear that you are a lover of our black studded Lulu! Thank you so much for shopping with us.

Seamless process
The process from start to finish - enquiry to receiving the products - was seamless and timely. This was even more impressive as it was an international order. The only shame was that many items I actually wanted were sold out; especially the dog collections in homeware.
