Works so so for odor elimination. We have several cats so it seems to have a hard time keeping up, even with a few litter boxes and one at each box. Biggest complaint is design flaw. The fact that you have to plug the cord in on the back where it goes against the wall makes it hard to plug in and place.

5 stars for their customer experience. I bought their product, didn't think that it worked and wanted a refund. Reached out to them and they responded immediately to resolve my issue. Thank you for being awesome!

Game changer! I have 6 cats and mine just arrived yesterday and this morning I woke up and no cat smell at all!! I love it and will recommend to every breeder and to all the new owners who take one of my kittens.

I bought this product last December. I was initially skeptic, but I have two cats and really need something to help manage the smell and dust near the litter boxes. I bought two (one for each box) and noticed the smell inside the room has improved and less dusty. Cleaning my air purifier that I placed next to the litter box has become less frequent, too.

This little device is terrific ! As soon as I switched it on, I noticed a difference in the air quality around the litter boxes immediately. Customer service is outstanding and helped me with the slight problems I had with one device. I highly recommend this company!

I purchased the deodoriser with a fair amount of skepticism, but have been really pleasantly surprised by how effective it really is! Due to the shape and size of our home, the cat litter tray is in a corner of our loungeroom 🤢 so the smell is right there in our main living space. Since I grew up with cats I don't notice the smell quite as much, but my wife definitely notices it. And it's also very noticeable when you've been out for the day and get home when the litter is just about due for a change. We use the top of the line crystals that dehydrate the poop and absorb the wee very quickly, and we regularly scoop and stir the crystals, but you still get that overall "cat" smell in the house. Since installing this gadget, the smell has absolutely noticeably reduced. I'm also impressed about how long it runs in between needing charging, then the red light tells you its time. I like this feature so it doesn't just "run out of battery power" and stop and you have to notice when it's died.
Overall, I can highly recommend this product to anyone who does like their home smelling like a litter tray 😅

Works ok for urine odors but not for my one cat who thinks and craps like a dog! Believe that the device works by generating small amounts of ozone to destroy odors. Ozone is a strong oxidizer and can be hazardous in higher concentration (I use an ozone generator for stubborn odors.). Great concept but can be better.

I love that the Femi home is rechargeable. It lasts a week before you have to recharge it. It certainly takes away the cat wee smell and it doesn’t bother the cat

I believe that this smart deodorizer is reducing litter box smells . We just got a Maine coon kitten to add to our two tabby's and the three of them can really stink us out. The only negative is having to twist it off the holder to charge it , but the charge seems to last at least a week. Our basement definitely smells better and you can't tell that there are cats in the house when you're upstairs.

*** update: received a response from Femi Home on Facebook. The customer service team were really empathetic and I appreciated them reaching out to me after the last 3 weeks. Turns out their email was not working!

Old text: I tried to return the product as my parents already had the same one but the contact email listed on the website is fake and I could not contact them via Facebook.

Luckily I had a foster kitten for the next two weeks, so I used it on her litter box but still extremely disappointed with the customer service.
As for the product, it does reduce the cat smell a lot, so no issues there.

This product really works, I placed it above my cats litter tray and it really does help with smells. I know it really works because today it smelt awful downstairs and I realised it's because the unit needed charging! It's one of those things you don't realise how good it is until it stops working! A simple charge up and then it's back doing its job again. Simply wouldn't be without it now.

I don't usually write reviews however the pet deodoriser has been a game changer. I share a pet bunny with my wife and it has significantly made his litter smell pleasant. I had a few questions about the product and femi home team has quick response and are very friendly accommodating. After having it for 5 months I bought another 3 for my family and friends and they all love it. Deodoriser is very simple to use, light and very easy to charge. 110% recommend it. Very impressed with my purchase. It was an easy no hassle order and a quick delivery. The Femi home is brilliant would definitely recommend it the difference is amazing.

I love it, it works .our house t doesn’t smell of litter any more. Definitely notice the difference when it needs charging, so glad once it’s charged no more smell.
My delivery was very fast ,no problems will most likely buy more for family and tell friends about it.
