Happy with the product, not so happy with the service. On auto pay, the money's been withdrawn for 2 months and no product.

Never received product, very poor company!

I’ve been trying to place an order for the calm and comfort treats since at least December and the website will not let me place an order. When I reached out to customer service asking them what was going and my frustration as my dog really needs these all I get in response each time was they were out of stock and they didn’t know when they’d be back in stock. Most companies that I have used before would be more helpful. I gave up but then just tried to order again and I was able to order them but they still have not shipped. No one has notified me that they are out of stock or anything so they should have shipped by now and I haven’t heard anything. If they are back ordered then I should be notified.

I reached out to them again at the beginning of April asking about my order. They said they are still back ordered but they could give me a refund and it would be processed in 48 hrs. I said I wanted that done and it’s been 2 weeks going on three I still don’t have my refund and I’m getting no response from them.

I have not received the product since before January but they keep charging me for the project.

I haven't received any deliveries in quite a while. I'm not sure why

I received the product on time. My dog drinks the water and there's been no problem!

I have been waiting many weeks almost over a month for these vitamins to come and be shipped to me. I don’t think I’ve ever waited this long for vitamins to be sent. If they are out of stock, they should have sent me an email stating that.

I am pleased with product but the keep running out.

I was charged for the product, and it wasn't even in stock. No communication was received.

I like the product, the problem is with acually GETTING the product. I was on subscription, for some reason, stopped getting it. I tried just ordering without subscription, still having trouble.

Once again I did not receive my order. This makes it two times in the last four months. Showed it was on its way two weeks ago and no go.

Good product, easy to use, dogs like it and their breath is great smelling. Money well spent

Best I've found for keeping my fur baby's teeth clean and white, plus he doesn't seem to taste it. I highly recommend.

Incredibly sad version of customer service. Sketchy deliveries and no notification when subscription products are out of stock. They sure are anxious to charge you though.

Like this product for the dogs. Easy to use, great results when using every day, quick delivery and easy ordering. I highly recommend.
