It is set up as a money trap. I don't know who posted all the good reviews but all they want is your money. You wont get to meet anybody and dont fall for the "I will send you my numbers one at a time" you will be paying hundreds for something that isnt even real

24/7 VIP support is a lie
Site is only focused on selling credits to be used for communication, video, pictures, letters. User requested my contact information, provided it and she tells me on her side "Blocked Content". Emailed the supposed 24/7 VIP support. Was told to wait up to 24 hours. as of right now it's been well over 48, no updates, no responses, no communication.
Add to that I get an email stating "We've added 25 free credits so you can begin without overthinking it. There's more waiting too." I go to the website and nothing was added. They continue to send our misleading emails claiming they add credits, but they don't. Log in and a splash screen says 50 credits were added, but nothing was added. With the most recent emails, they owe over 225 credits.
For a website that is supposed to help people connect, they seem to be the opposite of that. No support. No communication. Avoid this website at all costs. Many profiles are scammers.
***update almost 4 weeks later before getting a response. VIP support is a lie. was never disrespectful in communications. repeated information just as your agents did. the person i was communicating with stopped responding since it took you so long to get back to me and fix things. 1 month for support to fix things. i have all of the emails if you would like to discuss this issue. now 3 more emails promising free credits to be added yet they NEVER get added. false advertising.

Multiple bad experiences and deception
Claims of 24/7 VIP support is non-existent. Multiple issue on the site from scam users to issues with the website have gone unanswered. Stay away from this company. Very misleading. Lack of support. Very expensive credits for messages. Censorship blocking information sharing between users even when the other party requested it, thus wasting credits, forcing you to buy more to go back and forth with the other party. This in turns creates mistrust and doubt, when that's the complete opposite of what the site is supposed to be doing. Filters are so heavy on the women's pictures, this makes some of them look like terrible AI. When issues arise on the website, I've presented screenshots which get ignored once they finally respond to multiple emails. All they care about is taking your money. They really don't care about your customer experience.

This site is a total scam people
This site is a total scam people. PLEASE be aware. I have originally signed up on Naomidate.com, which is owned by Sakuradate as well as FeeFlame. They are all the same company and do not let these people trick you to thinking that they just look similar or any of that non sense. I thought I have actually found someone special on Naomidate and we have spoken to each other day in and out for a little over 2 weeks and spent close to $3000. She didn't want to give her contact which was fine and I understand. When I couldn't afford it anymore, I did some of my own research and time after time, people say how much of a scam all this was. Well I decided to sign up with the other sites and found the SAME girl that I have been talking to on the other sites and she tries so hard to convince me that she has no idea what I'm talking about and that she registered paying a high amount, whatever that may be because she won't disclose any information. Well these girls on there have infinite credit and will get you to try to watch their videos, pictures, and letters ALL the time just wasting your money away like it's nothing and tries everything in their power to throw the guilt trip on you. So when I confronted her about this, she told me to contact support to see how this is possible that she is on all 3 sites because some how she has no idea, even though she claims to know lots about using computers and how the messaging stuff works. So she ends up blocking me from one of the sites, but keeps me on the other and now refuses to just answer me all together. I also believe it is not just one person you are talking with, but a number of people that switch around because these people hardly ever go to sleep. Literally like 3 hours of sleep every day and say that they are just use to it. Impossible to only have so little and looking so amazing the way these girls look. Also watch very carefully the way they type to you, because you will be familiar with their style of typing. For example, at certain times of the day, instead of using periods at the end of sentences, all of a sudden it switches over to parenthesis. And then other times of the day they will laugh with nothing but "hehe" and then other times of the day it'll only be strictly "haha" The story with them is always the same though because the must have some sort of note system to be able to keep track of all the information you relay to them so it always seems like it could be the same person, but their attitudes change at different times of the day. I'm 100% certain all these sites will respond to me saying that this is not true and that everyone is genuine and if I feel they aren't then to contact them and they will do something about this, but do NOT believe the master scam artists. I know you guys giving the good reviews feel it to be real, but I have been through it all the way and I am telling every one of you to PLEASE stop spending your money and stay AWAY from this scam. You can do so much more with the money that you waste away at this site than to only give yourself false hopes and dreams that will never happen. Please take it from me as well as all the others that have given this site such a bad review, because it is the actual truth. Has anyone ever seen of couples that actually come out front and truly say that they met each other through the site? I can't find any information at all. The ones that so call claim that they have I am almost certain are the scam artists through the site to amp up their extremely poor reviews you see everywhere. Please do your research before you spend a penny on this garbage site that is so obviously a scam. I will be writing this everywhere to make more people aware of this like countless others have. It's just insane how these people can sleep at night, but no worries as karma will catch up with these scumbags and truly show that they all deserve in the end. You all have been warned. STAY AWAY!!!!
