I have been recommending EMS to anybody that will listen. Brilliant service and a fantastic experience. 20mins felt like two hours during the week, i could feel my muscles had worked hard, couldn't believe it was as of a result of 20mins

I was offered a trial session with my trainer Jack at the Cheltenham Studio and would have to say the session was excellent. This is a true reflection of my experience from the time of my arrival when greeted by Jack, everything I needed to know as well as my questions raised, were thoroughly explained. The 'torture' I was put through, was however really enjoyable and a good workout. For someone who has always tried to stay as fit as possible for age, but not done any specific muscle building/toning workouts for many years, I was happy and surprised with the overall results. Hopefully it can only get better, but I am a strong believer in trying to make the time available, to do something I will enjoy and benefit from, moving forward.

Such a fantastic service. Two sessions so far have been held by incredible trainers. Work to your strengths, give you guidance but also choice over how far you choose to push yourself, whilst actively motivating you.

Awesome encouragement and good tips for good exercise form

Loved my session with my instructor Simin at the Acton studio. Plus it wasn’t as overwhelming as I’d feared because Simin made me feel so relaxed and comfortable despite my embarrassment over my body shape and fitness levels. She was so clear with her demos and explanations, I felt relieved and pleased with every aspect to my experience there today.

I learnt about Ems from feel electric Instagram ads In 2023, I joined Fulham and my experience was amazing, I achieved a body that for first time in my life made me happy, I switched to acton last September as it’s closer to my house and experience is just as great as Fulham. Customer service is very quick to reply as I normally have too many questions and membership is very easy to pause when I travel or sick. Ems gives me the boost to deal with my super busy/stressful life. Getting compliments on how good I look from friends and family is also a huge boost for me. This ems machine does miracle

I visited Raynes Park studio for a trial. Hamish was fantastic. Very supportive explained everything to me in detail. He is kind, the session is fun and he knows what he is doing. Overall it was a fantastic experience that's whyI started working out every week. I recommend it to everyone.

I appreciated how he encourages me to push my limits while ensuring to use a proper form.

My experience at Feel Electric Bedford has been really positive since joining in Oct 2024. All the instructors are great, really friendly and motivating. As someone who was reluctant to join a gym, I love that the sessions are 1 to 1. As a busy working mum, I like that the sessions aren’t too long and therefore easier for me to commit to. Although short, they pack a punch and I always feel it the next day.

Raynes Park - I had come in on a trial with a mind to join. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but having it explained and doing a trial session I knew I could do this. I’ve tried lots of things on and off but nothing really works for me. My instructor was encouraging and corrected my positions gently. I didn’t have time to think about whether I was tired or I couldn’t do it, and before I knew it the 20mins were done.
I did feel like I had done a workout as my legs felt like jelly, a little.
I really enjoyed it and would recommend anyone who finds exercise difficult to try this.
I’m very confident that I will reach my desired goal within the next 16 weeks.

It is a great experience where you perform full body measurements and you do a fully personalised training based on your body’s needs and your own preferences.

Most importantly the service is immaculate. Simin was kind, patient and knowledgable I could not recommend her enough.

Unfortunately I am left with no other option than to re-review this company and share my experience with the extremely poor customer service I’ve received. I have been waiting for a refund since December and it’s almost February. I was assured two weeks ago that I was going to receive my refund and was asked to take my first review down, which I agreed to. Since then I’ve had no refund and it’s back to radio silence/being ignored from the company. Whether I see my refund or not I am not removing this post and I would actively advise you to avoid this company.

The trainer encouraged me to stay focused, keep going and stay motivated. I love it!

Holly is exceptional - Both my husband and I take our sessions together with Holly and we both love everything about the experience. From going through the door to leaving, Holly is fantastic. She has learnt both our strengths and weaknesses and manipulates the same workout to both our abilities while making it an enjoyable experience. I never thought I would say this but I actually look forward to our sessions (which is not me and exercise). Holly is a real asset to the business and an incredible ambassador to the brand.

I am 69 years old lady fit doing EMS for 2years but I used to be with Surge Hammersmith and they ripped me off! Since it Surge close Sept 2024, I train at Acton Feel Electric with Simin. I get better training cheaper and personalized, as she is my exclusive trainer for every session. She is pushing me enough and customizing my training according to my needs
Today I had a first session after a long pause for the holidays, and when I went in, I was dragging my feet, feeling weak without energy suffering from joint pains! Today I have wings! I feel lighter stronger and motivated to run a marathon! Pleasantly sore at upper and lower back and bum. No kidding, EMS is miraculous training.

10/10 faith is a really down to earth pt that will make you work hard and reap the benefits of ems to the fullest.
