Mac adjusts my sessions to accommodate my knee injury. Building strength without causing further damage. He is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate all his advice and support. Mac is definitely an asset to the business!!

Having stumbled across the feel electric guys promoting their service at Victoria Gate I was keen to book in my free trial... What an experience! Loved it. Everything was explained well and I absolutely cannot fault the guys I've met today. Signed up straight away. Letsgoooo

Adam is wonderful and always ensures the session is worthwhile and enjoyable.

I actually look forward to coming to Feel Electric, which is not something I’ve ever felt before about going to a gym. I come away from the session sweating, knowing I’ve had a good workout, but I also leave feeling energised.
Adam is a great trainer. He is really strict about form and he assesses me every single time to make sure I’m working hard, but within my range of capability. He’s really professional and approachable, with a great sense of humour.
I am delighted to see that the stats show I’m making progress, even in the short time I’ve been a member.

I have been training with Hayden at the horsforth branch for a couple of months now. He is fab at his job. He pushes me but in a really supportive way, makes little tweaks and amendments to my form which make a massive difference and his enthusiasm and passion for training is catching!

Love my sessions there and getting some really fab results in a short space of time. This is def part of my routine now and look forward to my Friday sessions!

Cassien and Will are my trainers and they both really understand what I am trying to achieve. Since training with Will and Cassien the tone and definition in my abs has significantly improved. Over the four months I have lost 4 kg in weight, lost 8 % body fat and gained 4 kg of muscle.

Really enjoyed the metabolism session with Adam, talked me through the entire session and pushed me.

Completed a 13 weeks EMS training session with Feel-Electric in Clapham North. My experience there has been good. Staff friendly & helpful. Cassien was one of my trainers. He was very competent on how to deliver a good service to me. Always smiling & welcoming but at the same time he trained me according to my specifications of what I wanted from the sessions. After 13 weeks what I can say is I feel stronger. I have had some changes in muscle growth & fat loss.

Hayden is super encouraging and ensures that I get the max out of every session. Fab

My Personal trainers are always fully engaged in helping me to achieve and maintain my goals. Throughout the sessions they encourage me to maintain the correct posture and to execute the exercises to the best of my ability without causing me pain. The sessions are really enjoyable and fun. I always look forward to going. Whichever trainer is taking my session they make me feel valued and positive about my abilities. I always leave the studio feeling good and positive. In fact I Feel Electric.
I can highly recommend these sessions to anyone but particularly to anyone with Osteoarthritis like myself because they enable me to exercise in a different way without causing pain and enable me to maintain my mobility and strengthen my muscles whilst losing body fat gradually and toning my body. Book a free trial, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain. You won't regret it!

Adam from wilmslow was great today. I was tired before the start of my session and mentally didn't feel I could achieve my usual level of fitness today but Adam pushed and motivated me and in the end I superseded my previous levels.

I came to feel-electric for the free trial and the pomise of a time efficient work out, and found myself staying for Will's excellent training. He pushes me to achieve things that I didn't think possible within the time frame (3 months) and I've maintained great results, losing weight, burning body fat, putting on muscle mass and receiving great advice for my diet. A great addition to Clapham High Street.

Mac is a great personal trainer who is polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself without pushing me too hard. I can feel the difference even after my first session and all in just 20 minutes. Would recommend EMS and Mac at the Roundhay centre.

I've been working out in Roundhay for about 6 weeks now and am really starting to feel the difference. Mac especially has been excellent, pushing hard and switching up the exercises with different weights and variations. Would highly recomment Feel Electric and sessions with Mac

Amazing session with Mac in Roundhay! He really pushes you hard and shows all the techniques for each exercise, very fun workout while still being very challenging!

After almost 9 months of training with Adam, he still manages to switch up the exercise routines and push the levels to maximise my effort and subsequently I’m still getting great results! Thanks Adam!
