These people create the need to call by giving very poor service, then charge you massively when you call.

dopo vari solleciti la spedizione risulta consegnata alle ore 14.15 al mio domicilio con firma V.ERONICA.
Premettendo che, la firma non è sicuramente la mia e nessuno ha suonato al mio citofono (eravamo in casa), né telefonato al numero di cellulare, vorrei capire come è possibile che il collo sia stato consegnato. Nonostante le mie perplessità, ho guardato ovunque in zona, anche nel condominio a fianco, ma il pacco non è stato ritrovato.
Lo stesso giorno con il supporto clienti, ho aperto la pratica n. C-218184693 spiegando l'accaduto e mi è stato assicurato che avreste chiuso la pratica con smarrimento collo e disconoscimento di firma.

avete mandato una mail con una serie di domande da rispondere relativamente alla pratica aperta alla quale ho risposto immediatamente.

la mattina ho ricevuto una telefonata dalla Vostra sede di Grandate per chiedere se avevo controllato ovunque e se fosse necessario far scendere il corriere per indicarmi dove aveva lasciato il pacco. Ovviamente avevo controllato ovunque ma il collo non si trovava. Subito dopo ho ricevuto un'altra telefonata dalla Vostra sede di Grandate dicendo che il corriere aveva confermato di aver lasciato il collo sopra le cassette delle lettere nella via da me indicata e che non sarebbe sceso a farmi vedere il punto esatto dove l'aveva lasciato.
alle ore 14.30 mi sono recata alla Vostra sede di Grandate alla quale ho rispiegato l'accaduto e mi hanno assicurato di chiudere la pratica con conferma collo smarrito e disconoscimento di firma in quanto hanno confermato anche loro che la firma non era la mia, ma lo stesso giorno, la sera, ho ricevuto una Vostra mail con consegna avvenuta e chiusura pratica.

la mattina ho riaperto la pratica e alle ore 17 circa mi ha telefonato un operatore della Vostra sede di Grandate dicendo nuovamente che avrebbero chiuso la pratica con disconoscimento di firma e collo smarrito.

la pratica è stata di nuovo chiusa e successivamente mi è arrivata una mail con le istruzioni su come richiedere il rimborso.
Per poter ricevere il rimborso totale della spedizione smarrita, mi occorre un verbale dove viene indicato che il collo è stato smarrito e la firma non era la mia. In questo modo posso aprire una pratica su paypal per il rimborso totale. Il verbale mi è stato assicurato che mi sarebbe arrivato una volta fatta la richiesta di smarrimento e rimborso sul sito ma questa richiesta non poteva essere fatta da me ma doveva essere fatta dal mittente Market2Go.
Ho contattato il mittente il quale mi ha fatto firmare il disconoscimento di firma e successivamente si è rapportato con voi per ottenere il rimbrso totale.
Dopo vari solleciti, ad oggi Mer. 25/02/26 non ho ricevuto né il verbale di smarrimento, né il riconoscimento della non consegna né tanto meno il rimborso.

Je suis très insatisfaite du service de livraison assuré par FedEx. Mon envoi devait arriver en trois colis, mais seulement deux ont été livrés. Le troisième colis est toujours manquant.
Les frais de livraison étaient particulièrement élevés, ce qui rend cette situation encore plus inacceptable. Le délai d’attente est long, les informations de suivi ne sont pas claires et la livraison semble bloquée sans explication précise.
Je m’attendais à un service fiable et professionnel. À ce jour, je suis toujours en attente d’une solution concrète.

Had an e.mail informing me that my parcel was being delivered tomoro (fri20th) then today i had 1 telling me they had missed me as i wasnt in ..hmmmm earlier on today i was looking through my window ( which is a large shop window) i saw a guy with a small parcel..ok i thought not mine and an hour or so later my neighbour (another shop) came round with said parcel and had been told by the delivery driver that i wasnt in ???!!! I have a parcel that has been ignored…
I have a parcel that has been ignored in Memphis for 5 days, despite the fact I have paid for a 2 day delivery time.
I was told it would be on the Next Available Flight out but I have had 3 parcels from the same origin, pass through Memphis and be flown out, whilst this one just sits there. Even though I had raised a case for it.
It seems once a parcel is delayed it gets ignored in favour of one they may be deliver on time.
The support team actually seem helpless to provide any meaningful assistance, they just try to manage your expectations.

Tracking and keep saying delivery date to sweden- but nothing' happening. It said on screenshot it be delivered 19th January 2026 . Today 24th January still on hold. And to make matter worst .it is miles away from gotherborg. I re checked my in in voice and address I printed and it it correct. Zero, if I could..they are horrible. they do not follow instructions as to where to deliver, and many in my complex have the same issue. They are careless.
I get insulin for my diabetic dog from chewy, and it can’t be left out..supposed to put inside mail box in mail room they leave it on the floor in a heated room, with lots of humidity, I can’t use the insulin..it’s 75 $ a bottle , chewy has cut back to only one ice pack, so if it’s been sitting for two days it’s no good..they deliver earlier then they say, and never notify ne it’s here. Am done with fed ex I can’t jeopardize my dogs life, cause of fed ex being sloppy.They should be out of. business, unqualified workers. , !

two packages sent and paid for next day delivery, one due on the 10th arrived on the 12th Nov, the other collected on the 4th arrived on the 11th, should have been the 6th. when contacted during this period kept being told next day. when asked for a refund or discount , received an answer

Having an absolute nightmare with this company! It’s not their fault but the company I’ve bought the goods from lied about delivery times so my package is with fed ex in Italy!! It won’t arrive in time so I’m trying to talk to fed ex to try to sort the delivery. So the phone number provided doesn’t work and the customer services number isn’t a human at all. All I can do now is wait for the package to arrive and go through the returns process with the company I bought it from, which I’ll also be reviewing!
