Would not cancel order.
I was charged $10 more than the receipt said I was paying for. I emailed Fearlessa support 8 minutes after the order pointing this out.
They replied within minutes that they will fix it. However the initial automated overcharge made me apprehensive of this transaction and I requested a cancellation to my order (at this point only 15 minutes had elapsed since my order).
They then waited over 5 hours before replying and claimed that the shipment has been sent. I reiterated that within 15 minutes of our conversation I had asked for a cancellation of my order. And over the span of 12 emails back and forth they refused to cancel my order or refund me the amount charged amount. They kept pushing for me to try out the product that I had wanted to cancel.
The refusal to cancel my order seems deliberate. And I wish I had never ordered from them in the 1st place.
