I bought a flat in Norwich and the estate agent recommended FDR law as a good company to deal with assisting me in my purchase. As always I was a little wary about other peoples opinions but from the initial contact to the exchange of contracts the conveyancer at FDR Law “Joshua Jones” was attentive and prompt at every point. E. Mails and phone calls always responded to quickly and he just made the process a little less stressful.

Jenny and Gary at FDR were so efficient and handled the sale of my house with complete professionalism. All issues were dealt with quickly and they kept me informed at all times. I would highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a house.

I wrote a review to be advised through the reply to contact the client care team. We raised many issues with the Line Manager of the solicitor but to no avail. A member of the family called in to speak to the solicitor only to be told by the Admin Assistant that the solicitor was too busy to see her, they were the exact words, I do not believe that to be good customer service. All of the documentation, timelines and the invoice that you overcharged by £5,000 you have.

I have had very good advice, guidance and professional support on several occasions in the past from FDR resulting in very good outcomes with regard to disputes. I had the need again recently obtain advice and the service was again 5 star. I highly recommend Stephen and the team at FDR Law
