Fazua Arvostelua 62

Very disappointed with this brand. My battery stopped working overnight for no reason, and despite several emails, I never received a reply. No replacement, no repair, not even a recycling option was offered. Poor customer service and no respect for customers or the environment. I do not recommend this brand at all.

Excellent customer service arranged replacement Motor, Battery and Ring Controller on my bike under Warranty without any problem thanks to Marco in Germany. Now have another 2 years warranty for my motor system.
They could not have been helpful even taking the time to telephone me from Germany to ask what the problem was and arranging the replacements to be sent to my bike shop.

I bought a Vitus bike with a Fazua motor and 13 months after receiving my bike the motor "came loose". Unfortunately the only recommended Fazua specialist anywhere near me is in Louth England which is a 50 minute drive. 10 weeks later my bike is STILL IN Louth awaiting the necessary parts from Fazua. I can not contact Fazua directly and must contact them via email??
Customer service at Fazua is a joke.
Please if you are tempted to bye a cycle with a Fazua motor DON'T!
I now own a £4500 cycle that isn't fit to ride.
Absolutely disgusting.

Struggled with the motor at first as it had a base fault.
This was replaced at some inconvenience but it was fitted.
Then needed a quick calibration and now it’s running like a dream.
I would like to add how helpful the after sales team were, Emma did a phenomenal job of keeping in touch and attention to detail was fantastic. She even stayed later at work to sort out the issue. Well done Technical Support. 👏👏

Nagel neues E bike für 7.000,00 € UVP bei online Händler aus Bayern bestellt. Ausgepackt, zusammengebaut keine Verbindung zum Akku.
Support kontaktiert. Tage lang später kam etwas wie.
Suchen Sie sich einen Vertragspartner in der Nähe, Bringen Sie das Rad dahin und Betteln Sie um eine Reparatur. Online Händler kontaktiert.
Bekam ungefähr die gleiche Aussage.
Wiederruf geschrieben. Wieder zurückgebaut, verpackt. Seit Tagen steht es in der Garage.
Toller Service von Beiden. Weiter so.

I’ve been riding with the Fazua e-bike system on my YT Decoy sn, and I love it—especially for that light weight, real-ride feel. It gives me just the right amount of assistance while still making me feel connected to the bike and terrain.

Battery life has been good too—I consistently get solid range and with the Fazua app, I can fine-tune the support levels and get ride diagnostics easily from my phone. Stoked.

Onze dealer Roelofs belt 2x per dag met Fazua voor een diagnostisch onderzoek. Fazua moet Roelofs via TEAMS terug bellen voor het onderzoek. Al ruim 1 jaar problemen met motor storingen die ondanks updates blijven. Ook mijn eerdere ervaringen met Fazua zijn zeer negatief, zelfs een aankoop bij Fazua terugsturen en je geld terug krijgen kost maanden inspanning. Er is weinig te merken van de zogenaamde Duitse grundlichkeit.....
Nu alweer 3 weken verder zonder enige actie vanuit Fazua!

Ich hatte Ladeprobleme mit dem Ride50 Akku meines Sohnes nach dem Winter. Nachdem ich beim Woom erfahren habe das ich mich direkt an Fazua wenden. Hier bin ich auf dem seid längerer Zeit besten Kundendienst gestoßen. Schnelle, freundliche und zielführende Kommunikation. Wie haben schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen.

Acheté un Canyon Roadlite Onfly5 avec assistance Fazua Ride 60.....Vélo reçu en panne il y a une semaine, depuis il est chez le réparateur !! Je regrette vraiment mon achat, vraiment dommage qu'une marque comme Canyon monte du matériel d'aussi mauvaise qualité sur leurs vélos

Ich habe in meinem YT nach 5 Monaten bereits den 3. Motor verbaut. Nachdem die Motoren Schwankungen in der Unterstützung, Start- und Ladeprobleme hatten, habe ich jetzt endlich nur noch die "typischen Aussetzer". Wenn alles funktioniert, ist der Ride 60 im Gelände wirklich geil, nur macht er leider viel zu viele Probleme.

Un grand merci à Emma de chez fazua j etais depuis 6 mois avec fazua pour un problème d'assistance ponctuel de mon vae canyon roadlite on 6 (que canyon s est empressé de me diriger) je tiens à souligner son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, son calme, son analyse du souci rencontré et sa disponibilité , après divers appels téléphoniques et des
diagnostiques, effectivement comme je le pressentais c'était un défaut de la batterie d origine,j ai réceptionné cette nouvelle batterie (prise en garantie) retrouvé une assistance et les 5 diodes qui s allument enfin.. Car uniquement 2 diodes s allumaient sur 5 (batterie chargée à 100%).

I have had a Fazua drive e-bike for a number of years now and has given me a lot of cycling pleasure. Having recently experienced an issue with the drive unit, I contacted Fazua. The customer service interaction was excellent! Any questions i had were quickly responded to and my drive unit repaired. Excellent job.

J'avais un problème de connection lors de la mise en marche de mon pedelec evation ryde 50;j'ai contacté le SAV Fazua et je suis tombé sur une personne très réactive,compétente et sympathique qui m'a proposé de prendre en garantie ma batterie de presque 2ans(bouton on/off défaillant)

My brand new bike arrived and excitement was short lived because within 10km the motor made huge noises when assisting. Sent to a dealer, he then told me a new motor will be sent, this was 5 weeks ago. The motor is being sent from 400km away from me, it still hasn't arrived, and nobody can say when it will, ridiculous. NO response from Fazua support. I eventually gave up but luckily got my money back as I paid by credit card which can be claimed back in such an event. I then bought a bike with a Bosch SX engine, what a pleasure! Save yourself the stress, buy nothing but a Bosch!

La fiabilité du moteur Ride 60 de Fazua est décevante : 18 mois après l'achat la commande "Ring contrôle" et le moteur sont HS .Système équipant un Pivot Shuttle SL.

so werden wir definitiv keine Freunde. Mein Canyon Commuter:on 7 mit der FAZUA-Elektrik wurde mit Problemen beim Licht geliefert. Die Canyon-Vertragswerkstatt hier vor Ort hat sich vor mehr als einer Woche an euch gewendet, um die Freigabe für die Reparatur zu bekommen. Bis heute Schweigen. Und ich muss mein Leben auf’s Spiel setzen und unbeleuchtet zur Arbeit radeln. Was genau ist denn so schwierig an der Anfrage der Werkstatt, dass solche Wartezeiten auf simple Nachfragen entstehen? Das geht überhaupt nicht.
Wann kann die Werkstatt mit einer Rückmeldung rechnen?

On my second Boardman ADV 8.9e and it looks like the Fazua battery is packing up again. First battery packed up after about a year so Halfords replaced the whole bike. Now the same is happening again. The warranty has now finished but I won’t be purchasing anything with Fazua name on it. Avoid this name.

Ich hab ein ghost path riot full party gekauft als es raus kam. Preis stolze 9000€.
Kaufgrund war auch für mich die Leichtigkeit durch ein light Motor aber mit der Aussicht auf einen range extender. 1.5 Jahre später ist der versprochene extender immernoch nicht rausgekommen.
Das ist vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen. So ist das bike für mich halb unbrauchbar.
Fazua ist eine Frechheit und nun werde ich die gleiche Summe aufwenden um diese mistkerle hoffentlich verklagt zu bekommen.

Ich hatte Probleme mit einem Ausfall des Fazua Motors/Akku meiner Frau. Nach Recherche in der Bedienungsanleitung und gleichzeitigem Support des Kumdenservice und dem dortigen Kontakt Luka, haben wir innerhalb paar Tage den Fehler behoben. Was ich echt sehr stark fand, war die echt rasante Antwort innerhalb weniger Stunden auf jede Mail die ich an Luka sandte. Das war einer der besten Supports seit langem. Alles top verständlich erläutert ind dadurch sicher einige Euro in der Fachwerkstatt gespart.
