Faucet Wave is a fraudulent site. When I am closer to withdraw the money then they put a new rule to upgrade the membership with fee. The blocked the watch ad section & apply this new rule. At the time of near withdrawal this kind of behavior is unacceptable. They can't force anybody to upgrade paid membership. Several time I tried to reach to complete my regular job but failed. After then I wrote a forum post to release my pending payment. Because I will never go for paid membership. But they didn't response my forum post, moreover they suspended my account. It is one kind of cyber crime. Can anyone help me that where I will put my complain to get solution. This kind of scam site must be closed immediately.

1. **Inactivity**: If you have not logged into your account for more than 30 days, it becomes inactive and automatically suspended.
2. **Cheat Links**: You might have clicked on one of the Cheat Links in the PTC ads, which are labeled as "DO NOT CLICK".
3. **Multiple Accounts**: The system detected that you have multiple accounts, which is against the terms of service.

A fraudulent website, a waste of time!
They just blocked it, and all without any explanation! I don't have any referrals, I was just surfing, I didn't reach the withdrawal stage, I was blocked! I read similar reviews below and realized that the site is a scam like many of their sites!

No, actually, you didn't bother reading the advertisements and clicked on the cheat link ad clearly labeled "DO NOT CLICK". It is designed to prevent auto-click software, bots and members that just blindly click the PTC ads without reading them.
We also sent out communication to all members in advance of adding the cheat link.
If you do actually read the other reviews, you will notice the responses similar to this one and why their accounts were blocked.

Absolutely incorrect. You did not click the captcha button in telegram when you joined to group to confirm you weren't a bot. If you sent an unsolicited private message to the admins, you would have been immediately blocked as well.
Secondly, an email was sent out to all suspended accounts earlier today with instructions on how have your account reviewed and that link is located here

We are certainly not a fraudulent website. We also do not suspend accounts unless there is a reason.
If you clicked on the anti-cheat PTC ad, it would have auto-suspended your account. We just implemented that countermeasure yesterday to help address the massive amount of click fraud that we send a prior message about the day before.
