I’ve withdrawn £500 but it’s been 8 days 5 business days but still nothing. They have given me several different excuses on why my withdrawal hasn’t come through. It’s either ‘it’s still processing and safe’ or ‘it’s a slight delay’ and they even said it was my ‘payment provider’. I called my bank and they said there’s absolutely nothing on their end.
I really didn’t want to leave a review, I’ve spent thousands on this website and this is my first withdrawal and they are just blowing me off because they don’t want to pay. I will update this review if it gets paid if not I’ve been advised by my bank to go to the fraud dispute team which I don’t want to do.
Update - it’s been a over a week now and still NOTHING

8Heb een paar dagen geleden een request gedaan maar staat nog steeds op pending. Ik verwacht dat ze na contact pas gaan vragen om documenten. Als ze toch nog snel uitbetalen verander ik de ster.
Dag 3, nog steeds op pending
Zondag uitbetaling aangevraagd vandaag donderdag nog steeds geen uitbetaling.
Dag 4, natuurlijk word ik nogsteeds in de zeik genomen. Heb maar vermeld dat ze het geld 30 cm diep in hun gat kunnen steken en mijn verlies voor lief neemt.
Dag 5, natuurlijk nog geen verandering!

They closed my account and are owe me £400!
They closed my account when I had £400 worth of withdrawals. They sent an email saying they will keep in touch about the withdrawals and ive heard nothing! I can’t go on live chat on the site because you have to have an account for that. I have sent around 5 email a day and still not received my money! It’s been almost 4 weeks and they still have my money! I would avoid using this casino, I have given them amount time to put this right but I have to warn other players. I will update this review if they get my situation sorted but right now I would stay away!

This is making me consider whether to deposit any more money as my trust in them isnt there.

3 business days come and gone and still my withdrawal is ‘under review’ emails ignored and when you message customer services you get the same auto text back saying your withdrawal is safe and will be processed as soon as possible!!! They’ve said all along that my withdrawal will be processed within 3 business days and now I’m getting told to wait even longer!!!!! I fear I’ve been scammed. I will update if I ever get my money, but I’m highly doubtful.
Update! My money did go in 2 days later than expected. Hopefully going forward withdrawals don’t take that long. If you want instant withdrawals then Fatpirate isn’t the place to play. I’m happy to wait 3 business days if it does go in within that time frame. Which on this occasion it didn’t

I joined to bet on some Champions League games. The odds were great, which I liked, but I struggled a bit with the bet slip, it kept resetting when I tried to add multiple selections.
