I am very disappointed with them.they do not deliver to quebec .weird as many vape shop deliver to quebec. It's sad as I loved their liquids.

I won’t order again after several orders over 100$ they do not have good customer service or refund policy when vape dies within a few months

I have no issues going to the store but placing orders online is another story. They have a rewards system which I never get my points. They charge like 20.00 to 25.00 to charge in Manitoba and I am only 45.minutes away from their location in Winnipeg, what a rip-off. They say they ship before noon if order is placed before but that's also another joke. Don't know what happened to them but they have sure gone downhill.

For the last month they have barely any product on the shelves. All of the stores are bare and they don't know whe they are getting more. Can't get the same flavor 2 times in a row.

Well, I place an order of GeekVape L200.
As I'm running low on the coil and watching YouTube videos!!.
Fat Panda Winnipeg only sent me the Vape!! With no spare parts what do ever!!.
Poor service!!. Awful!!.

As they're selling you a device (BTW stoned, also a cannabis stop now) they'll tell you you have 60 days. If the device doesn't draw right, for instance too weak...no bueno. THIS particular device is known by the seller to have a weaker draw...another fat panda dealer educated me on the product info, stoner withheld info for the sale...

If it lights up, if you can display it "works" (whether to your satisfaction or not) no exchanges... NOTHING.
In this day, people want their money's worth. I work HARD for the nickels I earn, a guarantee should mean SOMETHING.
Also, with ALL your competition, do you REALLY want to lose a loyal customer?

My opinion...if bar, vendor and liquor store staff can't drink on the job, neither should a head shop staff. I can GUARANTEE you, they get behind the wheel of their car afterwards and risk everyone else on the road, parking lot AND sidewalk! It IS an intoxicant which affects brain function. BTW...I'm a happy-at-home gummy user (NOT provided mcphillips fat panda stoner guy)
