FATMOOSE Arvostelua

Easy assembly, good strong materials. Kids love it and it looks great.

Excellent quality! Happy with purchase

Straight forward and easy purchase. Also free shipping!

Made a mistake of not checking these reviews in advance. Ordered a swing set and was promised delivery last Friday in time for childs birthday. Now its Tuesday and my emails are getting auto responses that they are too busy. I rang today spoke to a girl called Nadia and was promised a call back with an answer. Got an email instead that my email has been forwarded to a relevant person. Disaster!!

Terrible experience
Purchased large tree house set based on delivery of 4 wks, as was committed by customer service at time of purchase. Bought for a birthday and now no sign of it. I have emailed them and called them repeatedly and every time all I am told that it's still in production and when it comes into the warehouse it ll take up to 8 working days to deliver. So even if it comes into the warehouse today (it won't I checked), it will be over 2 wks late than what they committed to. What a disaster. And the fact they have no clue when they will receive it.
Customer service is terrible. Everytime u email them they say they will respond within 2 days, and infact rarely do so.
So disappointed.

Don't Bother. Waited 7 weeks for delivery. Parts missing, they don't answer the phone and no reply to email. Complete let down.

Website is very easy to use, additional items required is clearly stated. No hidden costs

All pretty straight forward really.
Minus one star for a bit of confusion about a link in the confirmation email to confirm the email address to complete the 'subscription'. No obvious link in the confirmation email, but perhaps another email might appear which will make it all very clear! Very much looking forward to getting our new adventure equipment!!

Wide range of options to choose from for kids with varying adventure needs. Process of purchase was simple, information and instructions on point. Would highly recommend

Buying experience was easy and straightforward.
Looking forward to receiving the frame and seeing the face on the kiddos.

Just purchased a swing set on the Fatmoose website. The process has been easy and hassle free. I will wait now for my order to arrive which we hope will be soon! I will update my review once received and in use!

Quite reasonable price relatively speaking and loads of options to choose from.

Very easy website to navigate, all related equipment shown to you when purchasing or viewing products. Free Delivery and good lead times for arrival are big bonus.

lastly, a beautiful castle with a swing and a slide

The platform was very straightforward and easy to use. I was surprised at the the quickness of delivery estimates.

Quite a pleasant website experience, there's a significant selection to choose from. There is alot information to take in and it's great that there is so much information and support available to their customers. We're very happy with what we've selected and very much look forward to our delivery date

Very smooth shopping experience without the need to register/login. I love it.

After reviewing numerous sites we've gone with fatmoose based on the quality, selection, price and excellent reviews.

Ordering experience easy enough. Shipping and receipt of goods still to come

Great range of different climbing frames available. Very simple to buy. There was an issue when trying to pay but I think that was my bank rather than the website. Second time there was no issues. Looking forward to receiving the climbing frame and setting up for the kids to play on!
