Good quality garments at a reasonable price and because they are from the tall range they were a very good fit. Unfortunately the trousers were too short and had to be returned. This was also a very simple matter of calling into the nearest store and the financial part was quickly concluded

Excellent service
I gave this review 3 star ⭐️ due to excellent communication with emails that my order was ready to collect. But unfortunately the item I ordered was not the same colour of the image on the website but I understand that items can look different when seeing it for real ! so I had to return. But thank you for the service online & in store where I returned in York.

Lovely clothes
Fatface sells really well made clothes that are comfortable. The clothes come in cheery colours. I love their coats, hats, tee shirts and jumpers in particular.

Nice to have xsizes that don't look old and frumpy. The only downside is that the sleeves are usually too long. But the clothes are comfortable

When I placed my order i put a delivery…
When I placed my order i put a delivery day for me to pick it up from the store. Only to say it’s going to be a delay and you wouldn’t be collecting it until later. I kept looking at my emails but no answers until another week. The bag is lovely, good quality but the delay was a bit inconvenient.
