FatFace - ST IVES Arvostelua 

I ordered the purse as it said it would be in store for collection by 16:30 on the last day of my holiday. Sure enough, at 16:36 I had a message saying it was in store ready to be collected. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes later to be told it wasn’t there. I left too early the next morning to collect it before the shop opened. I told the staff to return it and I am waiting for my refund.

Lovely quality clothes , true to size and I consider good value for money. Quality of linen is excellent . Looked in a few shops in st Ives but can always find something that I like in fat face. My holiday go to shop when I want a nice outfit to wear.

I'm so pleased with my FatFace chinos that I have bought two more pairs in different colours online. They manage to look modern without being too voluminous, and the different leg length options made all the difference... otherwise, it's an extra trip to the dry cleaners to shorten them. The customer service was fantastic... I was in St Ives, Cornwall, on holiday and the shop ordered the size I wanted and got it delivered to a FatFace nearer me. Overall delighted.

Calm, well ordered shop, helpful staff, excellent service. Could do with being larger for St Ives though.

The lady who served us was lovely. She was really helpful, really going above and beyond with a great humour. She even recommended a lovely place for our evening meal in Penzance. The clothes I bought were lovely.

Quick delivery

I was in St Ives Christmas shopping and popped into the Fatface store. I was struggling with ideas for a presents and was so grateful for help from the assistant manager Louise! She was so helpful showing me different ideas and explained about the sizing etc. I left with a bag full of presents! Such a lovely atmosphere and staff in St Ives, thank you!

Jonathan at the St Ives store went above and beyond in helping me to source a product that I had been hunting for. He was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile, he is an absolute credit to the company and has restored my faith in humanity. Truly one of life's good guys, give this man a bonus!! Thank you so much for such great service

Not impressed that the store handed my online purchase to someone else without checking their confirmation, this was not returned so my item had to be reordered!! Ended up returning it once received as it was a very odd shape. Now I know that it is Next who now own Fatface, I'll be less likely to use going forward

Update: new item received and returned to store, still no refund after 10 days, beyond appauling service!

Fantastic value and style. I love this company, especially since they are sharing company posting locations. Walked into a shop in St. Ives in Cornwall and mentioned an item I’d seen in the sale a month before and given up hope of finding. Manager found item on website before I’d finished speaking. He let me buy the item on the shop computer. What a breath of fresh air to see initiative, commitment and good old fashioned values for helping somebody out. A fantastic item and brilliant choice of products. Love the style, price and quality of Fatface, full marks you, in a disintegrating, often disappointing, merchandising market.

Back to visit one of my favourite shops in St Ives. Didn't really need to buy anything but the staff both chatted to me and I ended up with a cardigan as I left. Lovely store and Jonathan certainly assisted (convinced me easily) to buy yet another item that I probably do not need.

Cracking shop 👌 love the sale (what's left of it). Bought too many items as Katie , this charming lady helped me pick some pieces. Roll on later in summer for my next summer visit

Went for some retail therapy and definitely got it at Fatface today. I was served by a lovely young lady who helped me get a whole load of items. A real treat to have someone treat me like a person and not just a sale. Plus ended up having a second purchase as I left the shop. A credit to Fatface!

I purchased the olive green purse & a teal handbag for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered online & the items were delivered to the store the next day. Easy process & prompt delivery.
Lovely quality, my daughter loves her gifts! They appear well made & the colours are beautiful. Very happy with my purchases. Great service.
