I went to a fat face outlet store…
I went to a fat face outlet store brought a T-shirt for it to be delivered to my nearest Next store, delivery should of been on Wednesday 27th May, I then had a text saying it had been delayed give it one to two days we will keep and eye and let you when it’s ready to be picked and I still have not heard it’s been delivered to the next store or not. I think this poor communication and customer service. Think next time they do not have my size in store I will not bother asking if they get delivered due to not knowing if it is coming or not.

Good material and true to size
I ordered something for hubby and it was in store within 2 days . Good service kept me updated on when item would be in shop and when i could come back to collect it . Fast easy and friendly staff

I love the colours and styles and find…
I love the colours and styles and find it difficult when going in the shop because I come out with more clothes than I went in to buy! I especially like their fabrics, and the pockets in all women’s dresses etc.
and they do awesome clothes for men and children as well as women.

Lovely items and very helpful staff only downside is no petite clothes I absolutely love fat face clothes but I am petite in size so find most things too long either in the body or the length come on fat face give us petites some nicely fitting clothes
