Please can I give a shout out to Andi and Sophie who work at the Southampton West Quay branch. I was there today and both were very friendly and helpful and Andi even gave me some background to the stores eco friendly stance. I bought a really pretty white top and some pink shorts. Lovely quality T-shirst
The three organic cotton long sleeved t-shirts I bought are so soft and well made; I know they will last well as I have other colours that I’ve had for several years. They are my go-to top for work and home. There is always a good selection of colours to choose from and they always go well with jeans. I definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service
I recently placed an order in good faith for delivery to the Southampton West Quay store.
I went to the store and was told quite bluntly by, I believe, the store manager that he had rejected it. I was then accused of trying to exploit a loophole!
Throughout the conversation I found the individual's attitude to be cocky and confrontational boarding upon aggressive.
I quite often shop at FatFace but after this experience I will think twice about using this store again.
