Shopping in Ringwood Fatface very exciting.
The staff in the Ringwood shop are lovely people really kind,polite and very helpful. I have today picked up an online order and whilst in the shop bought another jumper. Brilliant I love the goods and atmosphere in the shop.

Efficient, when I could not make original pick up date the phone was answered and I was advised that the items would be available for collection until a specified date. I was greeted at the shop by extremely bright cheerful and polite staff and seen on my merry way with cheery and happy parting.

All went smoothly
Easy to order on line and they were at the store on the correct day. The sales lady found my parcel quickly and handed it to me with a smile.
Also the products fitted and were as described.

Great shirts as usual, lovely fit and quality, delivery was a bit disappointing as when ordered, pick up next day was offered but they took a further 4 days to arrive.

Purchased a dress which was too big so ordered the smaller size which was available for collection the next day.
Easy exchange with no quibbles.
Smaller size fits perfectly and now the creases have dropped, is perfect.

The quality of the clothes I ordered are excellent, and are comfortable and stylish.
The size charts and description of the products were so helpful in making the correct choice of sizes that I did not have to return anything.
