Attitude of manager
I ordered a cardigan and I couldn’t find my customer order number on my phone. I verified who I was, what I had ordered etc however because I hadn’t evidence on my phone there was doubt as to whether I would be allowed to take it. The manager was so hostile in the end I suggested that I leave the cardigan and it would’ve been returned and I would be reimbursed. I felt what could have been an easy to order on line item to be picked up in store was now becoming a nightmare. Although I hadn’t got proof of my order on my phone, I could identify who I was and my address. Even if the staff were not able to pass over the cardigan a smile costs nothing along with manners. This sales manager’s attitude was in sharp contrast to a neighbouring store.

Good Morning Jules
Thank you for your review.
I am so sorry to hear of your recent experience in our Lincoln store. We train all of our staff to provide the best customer service they can to customers, this is extremely sad to hear this is not the service you received whilst in store.
Please be assured that I have passed your comments onto the Store and Area Manager to make them aware and to take the appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again.
I hope you have a lovely weekend.

Convenient way to shop.
Choosing product from home and knowing it will be in stock when you're out shopping is helpful.
No postage to pay.
Being able to try the item on in store before you take it away also saves hassle of posting back if unsuitable.
Pleasant and helpful staff.

First Class
Having made an order, I realized that I had put the wrong size. The order had been dispatched and the colleague in the shop explained that I could return it for an immediate refund. So I ordered the correct size and that arrived one day after the incorrect one. Took the return to the shop and received the refund on the spot. The jumper is excellent quality, the high street colleagues friendly and helpful.
