FatFace - KINGSTON 3 Arvostelua

I think Fat Face are consistently good. Clothes are modern, good quality fabrics and I’m never disappointed.

Ordered click and collect - very speedy. Thank you!

I went to collect my items in the Bentall center in Kingston upon Thames, and was very surprised at the attitude of the two members of staff working there!
I asked politely if my order had come in because I hadn’t received a text message to say if it had or hadn’t!
The youngest of the two women said she had four parcels delivered that day and had only booked in two, so again I asked her if she wouldn’t mind checking for me as I was there and she had the four packages in front of her, to see if one was mine, to save me time in coming back, to be greeted with a huff and then the elder sales assistant asked if I would be in Kingston for long and to go back later!!
I was astonished as the four parcels were sitting at the till in front of her, but I said I would go back later.
When I returned a few hours later, I explained that I didn’t want any of the items I’d brought online and wanted a refund straight away, again with a huff the younger assistant went and got the parcel and asked why I had wasted their time in ordering it to be delivered there in the first place, I told her I’d got the same sort of item in “white stuff” where the shop assistant was much more friendly and willing to help, so I no longer needed those items.
She made me wait until there was no other customers in the shop before she started my refund, she was very slow and insisted she took my card on which I’d paid to have a good look at it, to make sure I was who I said I was!!
I think both her and the elder staff member who should know manners, need a refresher course on customer services.
I will never order from there again! No wonder the shop was empty

Brilliant choice of garments, all well made. Love their clothes so much, both adults and children.
My husband wears their shorts constantly.
I love their hoodies.
Granddaughter (6) loves their shirts, t shirts and hoodies.
Grandsons wear FatFace shorts (and they’re fussy!).
Ordering online is easy and efficient too.
Our local store is moving into larger premises, hopefully more children’s clothes.

i ordered 2 pairs of shorts online but unfortunately they were both wrong size .I took them back to the KIngston on Thames branch and my query was handled by Gail the store manageress. The customer service from Gail was EXCELLENT !!! I left the branch a happy bunny with 2 pairs of the same shorts that fitted and my refunds on the way . Many thanks Gail for making it stressful experience!

Great customer service, and staff are always enthusiastic to help.

Lovely dress. Shame about the awfully rude staff members.

Product was exactly as specified. Staff in the store were pleasant. Product fitted well and good quality.

I always visit your store when in Kingston. Lovely store and staff. And have probably spent way too much in your sales

I ordered a dress online which arrived promptly. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I returned it in store today. Three lovely sales assistants were on duty in my local Kingston branch and they quickly sorted out a refund. I then found a skirt that I bought so I was delighted with my purchase. The staff were so helpful that I shall visit again soon.

I saw these fabulous trousers in the window of the Kingston store, so I looked online and I could get money off to sign up and petite size. They look amazing and fit really well

I find the staff helpful and I had no trouble ordering or returning goods.

Good quality clothing at a fair price. Excellent returns police at gives you confidence if ordered the incorrect fit.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I love your store. Beautiful clothes for the whole family. Online ordering very easy and quick. Thank you.

It's always a pleasure. Arrival of my order, click and collect was prompt and the staff at the Kingston store were friendly, courteous and went an extra mile to help.
