Just what have been searching for!
I struggle to find decent jeans that aren’t too long or too skinny & these are perfect & I ordered them from looking at other customers reviews. They are the perfect length & a really comfy fit & excellent price in the sale. I would highly recommend them.
Another excellent order from your website & collected from my local store. The assistant who served me extremely pleasant & helpful so top marks to him too.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed, not by the quality of your clothes, but by your return policy,
I ordered lovely clothes for my daughter who recently moved to the UK ( last summer) and since we are both not familiar with UK sizing versus American sizes I ordered her several shirts that didn't fit. But I was hopeful that since she lives in Lancaster England that she would be able to exchange them at a local store. Well she did go to Kendall and they wouldn't let her exchange the shirts. I know you pride yourselves in being sustainable, but that isn't a sustainable practice to have her mail them back to you. I don't understand why she couldn't exchange the shirts right in the store, I'm hesitant to purchase her clothes in the future,

Thank you for your review and I do apologise for your poor experience when trying to return your items. I can see that the purchase was made with PayPal, Unfortunately, all orders placed online with PayPal must be returned by post. We are unable to accept these returns in store. This is stated in our terms and conditions on our website.
Stores can process exchanges for PayPal orders, my apologies if this was not offered to you. Please be rest assured that your feedback will be passed onto the store and their area manager.
You can return your unwanted items via post within 30 days of receipt for full price items or 15 days for Sale items, unused and in their original condition. We want to make your return as easy as possible, that’s why you can now return using either Royal Mail or EVRi. Please include your order number in your parcel and complete the returns section on your dispatch note detailing the quantity and reason code for each item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, and we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s all gone through. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to show in your account.
