Ipswich shop had sold out of the trilby hat so I ordered online for an in-store collection. All communications and service excellent as always. Latest news is the Ipswich shop is to close after many, many years. Disastrous decision Fat Face. Smaller shops in small towns of Woodbridge and Aldeburgh being kept open though??

Very pleased with what I bought but…
Very pleased with what I bought at fatface but very disappointed with the service.
I was asked if I wanted a bag I said no thank you, I had one, but was still charged as the sales person presumably only heard the 'thank you'. When she realised her mistake she simply told me she couldn't refund it now. I said she absolutely could as it was her mistake but she said she couldn't and any way it would go to charity making me feel even more annoyed. That's should be my choice. It really wasn't about 20p obviously, it was her unwillingness to be helpful and instead doubling down. Good service is so important even on the little things.

Disappointed to find that the slippers I ordered have some animal content. This was not mentioned on your website when I ordered and they are a present for a Vegan! Just hoping they will still be acceptable.

Purchased some trousers online as they were unavailable in the shop. The assistant kindly looked them up to ensure they were in stock for me, she was also really friendly. She offered to have them delivered to the store for free, but unfortunately I needed them delivered to my home. Very good of her to offer.
