Ordered online to collect at the local store
Ordered online to collect at the Clitheroe store and the service was superb. I had not received an email but rang the store just on off chance that it was ready to be collected. The lady who took my call went above and beyond, checked and advised me it had come in today and I was able to collect.

The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. They were having a problem with one of the tills, apologised to both myself & another customer that the transactions were taking a little longer to process.
