I’ve bought FF clothes for many years now, mostly tops and knitwear I’ve never been able to wear dresses as I can’t find them to fit. However, this past year I have purchased four from FF, all the same style but different colours and patterns. I love them so much

Still awaiting confirmation of delivery to store
Haven’t received an email telling me it’s ready to collect from store yet. So as far as I know it’s not been delivered.
Virtual Assistant said to wait 3-5 days but as bank holidays could take another 2 days so will find out Tuesday no doubt..

When I visit my fat face Chelmsford store always welcomed with a friendly smile of greeting. Staff happy to help due to sister being in a wheelchair. Great variety of clothing choice

I had ordered my item which when received it was too large. I returned this to a shop and they said they were not able to now reorder this item as it was now on sale.
He checked that there was the next size down and advised me to order online. This I did and once I received the next size down, the original was returned to the shop who reimbursed me.
