Very helpful and obliging staff at the store in north Norfolk, from where I collected my parcels.
The clothes are always of good quality. Sizing is generous on trousers. Just be aware however of the length of cropped trousers when ordering on line. I like them mid calf. I’m 5’4” and assumed this was Regular length. However, found I need Long length.

Delightful - professional, appropriately friendly staff all contributed to a most agreeable shopping experience.
