What a wonderful retail experience I had this afternoon in your store in Bromley.
The choice of colours ,styles and accessories were wonderful but the shopping trip was made so special because of your kind considerate and helpful staff .I must thank MJ and Laurence for their helpful comments as I tried on several outfits . Was sent a different item..
I've ordered many times from Fatface and always had a nice experience. However, on my last order I received a different item from the one I've ordered. I took it in the store and they happily returned it for me.
I gave it 4 stars because I ended up paying for the postage and received nothing.

Ordered online for delivery to Bromley store.i was able to try the dress on in store but it was too small so tried on the next size from the store. It fitted so the staff exchanged them and they returned the original dress for me.
