Catherine was very helpful, pleasant and understanding when I telephoned the store. She listened to my concerns and was supportive and informative. Later, when I went into the store, she continued to deliver excellent customer care. The manager was also very open and honest. I will certainly continue to shop at Fatface in the future. Thank you!

The staff have been always friendly
The staff have been always friendly, approachable and helpful. Definitely 5☆ customer service. Some shops need to take a leaf out of their books because they have the skills yo deal with customers.
