I tried a size 14 R on in store and…
I tried a size 14 R on in store and they were big on the waist. I then tried a 10 as no size 12 available. To my surprise they fit really well. Very flattering and comfortable. They were still a little short. The assistant pointed out that as these were cropped if I wanted a pair to sit on a shoe then I should go for a long.
I ordered online and they are perfect.
I usually wear a size 14 short so buying a 10 Long seems weird. They are cropped and I wanted a regular length.

Personal shopper experience
I was looking for a denim jacket in a specific style, more boxy than too fitted.
The shop assistant was so lovely, showing me all the denim jackets and I found The One. There was a blouse I had seen the week before but was no longer on the shop floor. The assistant went to the stock room and still had one in my size.
It was like a personal shopper experience. Such lovely service and friendly manner.

Fantastic price, quality and delivery
Everything i wanted was available in the size i needed, even though they where in the sale.
The price was great and delivery was extremely quick with a choice of home or delivered to various shops.
I chose my delivery for pick up from next, and it came 2 days earlier than first informed.
