Not installed yet but the customer service was excellent. Very helpful indeed and sorted an issue speedily without any fuss.

Easy to use. Works well.
Pictures on website and manual are misleading. There is no WI-FI on this thermostat so what is the point of having WI-FI logo or mark on the pictures of the screen. I have noticed it after installing.
