Fastmodz Arvostelua

Ironically slow. Slow modz.

I ordered a K&N cold air intake for a trip to pull my 5th wheel. I ordered it with expedited shipping. That was July 24th. It actuaslly shipped on the 27th which is the day I should have recieved it. It's now Nov. 1st and OnTrac delivered it yesturday to the wrong address. So much for getting modz fast. They never informed me it wouldn't arrive ontime. I ended up inquiring to get answers. I wish it would have been a better experience and having the extra horsepower for my trip. Oh well.

Stuck in limbo, zero communication, super late shipping (8 days just to ship out, 5 more for shipping), I sent three emails with zero response, no one answers the phone, all over a course of 2 weeks, zero zero zero. Was my first time and it was my last.

Outstanding transaction, great communication. Excellent product at amazing price. Super fast shipping. Wish all my online transactions were this good and easy. I will recommend Fastmodz to all my friends and family. Thank you, my wheels look great.

Got a very good price on part I ordered.
Part did not ship for a week, but when I reached out to customer support, they were very responsive and ensured that the parcel was expedited to arrive on time. Best customer service experience I've had in a while.

Great parts delivered on time

Great items thanks

Had an issue with my order, but Fastmodz resolved to my full satisfaction.

Cheapest price I found. And the support staff is very helpful

Kept me updated on shipping and response was reasonable when I had questions. Best price by far.

JUST WISH THE COMPANY GAVE ME 5% OFF AS A 1ST RESPONDER AS REQUESTED

Fast shipping. geat communicatons.

Easy to use website, order filled and shipped next day, received faster than expected.

My intake arrived but was sent almost 2 weeks to ship I contacted you via your chat option and no reply was made on your part which then started making me check reviews of your company to see if other customers had received their orders and they did so that was reassuring how ever it took a while to get what I bought and not getting a reply to my questions was some what annoying your prices are low but your customer service for customer questions could use some work

Mes pièces BMR sont arrivées en France assez rapidement avec un un très bon emballage . Prix des pièces très compétitif. Service client par mail très réactif.
Je recommande fastmodz

I received my order broken and the calibration voucher was already used then when I tried to contact them they gave me the run around and 3 days later ask how I feel about them I want my money back
