However, this solution was also declined.

Consequently, we were unable to offer a refund at this point, as the product had already been delivered, and we had fulfilled our obligations to third-party providers.

During our interactions, it came to our attention that you engaged in disrespectful behavior towards our Live Chat agents despite our repeated explanations of the situation. In an effort to assist you further, we even created a new Google Account on our end, completed the linking process for your account, and provided you with the relevant account information.

Despite our best efforts to address the situation, you remained dissatisfied and continued to engage in disrespectful behavior towards our team members. In light of this, we took necessary action to prevent further inappropriate conduct.

Additionally, we want to assure all our customers and potential clients that we are not involved in any fraudulent activities.
