I asked for the service, and after they took the money from my account, they disappeared for two days. I couldn't reach anyone, so I thought my money was gone and I'd been scammed. But then this guy, Tim, emailed me and said my company had already been dissolved. I told him yes, because I hadn't heard anything from them, so I did it myself. He then said they couldn't refund my money because their charges are non-refundable. So, think about it, they didn't provide the service and charged me $149 for nothing. Be careful of these guys; I'm still filing complaints against them.

I haven’t been updated on my filing status. It’s been over 10 business days no emails.

I went to file my annual NC Secretary of State fee for my LLC. When I typed in their website address, I was given a link that I thought was their site and that they were using a service to collect their fees. I went through the process and it never gave me the total cost until I submitted it and got an email saying they charged me a $99 filing fee (NCSOS charges $2 to file). They don't offer refunds. I tried to contact them but they don't have a phone number to call and then when I filed a complaint, they gave me the run-around and now are saying that it is too late to offer an exception to their refund policy. This company is fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs!!!

I said I was contacted that was not true. I wrote a review that wasn't flattering and got a comment. No one has contacted me as of yet and the authorities are thinking it's a scam. My bank does. I would beware or most likely use a different company or just file the paperwork yourself they charge $244 and if you do it it's $66. Plus, you don't have to worry about people who do not return phone calls, texts, emails or reviews. I wonder if a person even exists at the company. I have serious doubts

Tim and his team were great throughout the process. PA made my dissolution a little tricky, but Tim worked with me to to get it completed and communicated every step of the way.

I mistakenly clicked on this companies link thinking it was a third party service contracted by the state of NC to file an LLC Annual report. My credit card company immediately called me to ask if this charge was authorize by my and I tried to cancel the charge but it had already gone through. Fast Filings charged my card $302, never filed my report or sent the fee to the state of NC. I am filing a formal complaint with our State Attorney General's office in hopes that no other person will be scammed by this business. Make sure you read their Terms and Conditions!! I stupidly did not and now I am out over $400 by this predatory business.

My paperwork was filed in a timely and accurate manner. Communication was clear and prompt.

As it turned out I ordered something incorrectly. Customer Service was very prompt and concise in resolving my issue.

This website uses deceptive advertising placements to to lure individuals who are looking to do their own corporate filings online directly with the correct government agencies. They charge exorbitant fees to process filings and have a strict cancellation and refund policy they hid behind when you immediately realize that you have fell prey to their predatory claims.

These guys did a great job. I considered my situation to be a bit too difficult to handle on my own and they did it no problem for a price that I would consider standard. Thanks again!
