Fastenere Arvostelua

Fair pricing, excellent communication, superior customer service and quick delivery.

I ordered some decorative screws and cancelled the order after 3 weeks of not receiving the product. It's been over a month and still have not received my refund. I've called and spoken with Nicole (the only person that answers the phone) 3 times about this with no results. I've emailed Rob the manager with no response. I left my name and number for him to call me with no call back. They just keep telling me they will look into this but nothing happens. I've given them 4 weeks to refund my cancelled order. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company unfortunately.

You had the hard-to-find screws that I needed. I'll be back.

I was able to find exactly what I needed and I received the package when I was supposed to
The questions I had were answered honestly and were helpful
Thanks

Good communication. Quick shipping and quality products.

Not impressed with the shipping time

Good products and usually a reasonable amount of time for delivery of those products. I have purchased from them several times.

Quality brass fasteners at a competitive price are not easy to find these days. But have no fear, Fastenere is here, and has what you're looking for.

Easy to find what I needed and get it ordered. Can see repeat business here.

Shipping was quick and website was easy to navigate and place order but the size bolts I ordered were packed wrong. I received 5 metric bolts, not the 3/8 size bolts I ordered. I did reorder the bolts again. Hopefully I will receive the correct size this time.

The hardware was exactly what I expected and ordered.

Everything was great. Just what I ordered and arrived on time.

As advertised and arrived on schedule

Order was fulfilled in rapid order an shipped even quicker. Thank you for the great service! Terry

Easy to order on-line and very fast shipping!

I found exactly what I needed and shipping was quicker than estimated.

I received exactly what I ordered a day earlier then when I was told I would receive it. I will definitely use them again.

They sent me the wrong size screws. Now I have to pay to send them back when it was their mistake twice! They did make things right in the end. Already found the right screws elsewhere but thanks 😊 they should pay for returns though!
