Ever since I contacted Fast Broadband Now for internet service, I now enjoy buffer-free video streaming and lag-free online gaming. All did was share my requirements with them; they provided me with an internet connection that created to all my connectivity and entertainments needs.
Trying to check when my broadband is due for renewal but only way is to call a number my problem is I no longer have vocal chords also whilst searching the site it says they guarantee 60 mbps with maximum of 73 , I find that a lot of the time it runs well under 60
Only gave 1 star as can't give no stars Worst company I ever dealt with, Requested a line shift, 1st was sent an engineer from Openreach to mend a fault, who said a line shift had to be requested by phone provider and they has said there was a fault. Now say they can't shift the line even though openreach advise you must book an appt through your phone provider. Staff have no idea what they are doing, keep asking will get back to us in 72 hours still waiting. Don't ever use Now cheap but completely useless and a waste of money.
There Nothing I can say more to sing praise of Fast Broadband Now. I recently got the best bundle package of cable TV and the internet through them; I must say I'm truly impressed with their service. First off, the internet is blazing-fast, I'm always clocking in at 200 Mbps, which is more than enough for my devices. Not only that, but the cable TV that comes with the package is also impressive. There are over 125 channels; there's always something for everyone in my family. The best part is that is package comes under only $90, providing me with the best value for money.
After being in touch for months with Fast Broadband Now, I'm still satisfied with my active plan and their customer support. I remember when first I reached their website because my colleague referred me to their name through her reliable experience. So, after I came up, I found a mobile internal deal for my usage to stay free from boredom with online streaming apps. In shot, I typed my inquiry to their support and got a response within 4 to 5 hours, which was quite fast from my previous experience.
The worst customer service!! Its been 11 days since I placed an order, it keeps saying "Delayed activation". No one know Why and how long more it will take. Its impossible to get thru anyone to find out!!
